“Diane is amazing! Our dog Juni is really tough. She's petrified of strangers and sometimes nips. She's very slow to warm up and sometimes won't even let sitters let her outside. There have been times when she boycotted eating for days, and even when we have family watch her, she's often sick for days after we get back because of stress. Diane worked with Juni and treated her with kindness, patience, and understanding. She gave her space and even did some emotion/body coding work with her which I thought was really cool. She treated our house with respect and we returned to it spotless. I felt very safe and comfortable having her stay in our home, and I think Juni did too. She was in great spirits when we got back and she even had a great few days of eating, no stress sickness. We so appreciate Diane's willingness to work with her! In addition, she was very communicative and thorough when it came to the details/logistics of the stay, and came by in advance to meet us and Juni. I would recommend Diane to anyone.”

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve just really cherished being around animals, even the ones who aren’t super cuddly. I have a lot of patience and respect for each pet’s personality and comfort level, and I do my best to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for while their people are away. I work full time during the week and try to stay busy on the weekend, but I will absolutely work my weekend schedule around you/your pet’s needs. I have a big fenced backyard and plenty of space inside for house-trained pets to relax, whether that’s on the couch, a comfy chair, or the floor. I share my home with one dog, a terrier mix named Minnie. She’s playful and friendly, but if your dog prefers to keep to themselves, I can easily keep them separated. Older dogs sometimes find her a bit too energetic, while younger pups usually have a great time playing with her.
About: We are the proud owners of an adorable dog (Ace) and are adept with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Everyone in the house (Micah and I) work from home full-time, so the dogs will never be left alone. Ace is always great host and will have a lot of fun with his new furry friend 😊 Ace (a miniature poodle / Bishon mix) can mingle with any visitors but can be separated upon request. Please bring dog beds and food. We can’t wait to host your little friend! We work from home full time and plenty the time to dedicate to watching and playing with the pups! Morning walks, afternoon potty breaks, whatever the dogs needs are will be met. Fenced in backyard and large park across the street for long walks. Perfect environment for your dogs staycation! About: Our family has had a dog for over 20 years. So I have experience caring for them and walking them and working with difficult and reactive dogs as well. Our family has also owned a cat in the past for 15 years so I have experience with all kinds of cats. Difficult ones included. I have cat sat in the past as well for 3 cats I am currently free during the week and weekend at any point. I can do a morning walk, afternoon or evening. I can dog sit as well with a few days notice. I take my own dog on at least 3 walks a day for at least 15 20 minutes. So I'll have no problem walking another dog for any amount of time. Miguel is more professional and reliable than we could have hoped for in house sitting to care for our Australian Shepard. Miguel is absolutely wonderful, respectful, responsible, and knows dogs!! Samuel is amazing!! He jumped in to help last minute when our original care plans for our pup fell through for a holiday weekend - and we could not be more grateful to have found him! He sent so many wonderful pictures and updates that made it easy for us to enjoy our time away, knowing our dog was being so well cared for! When we got home, everything was cleaner than how we left it and JoJo (who can be anxious) seemed calm and happy. We hope to work with Sam again and can’t recommend him more highly! Ariana was an incredible sitter. She was so sweet and loving to my dog, Roo. It helped me not worry as much knowing my dog was in such good hands. While she was sitting, the AC for my second floor went out during the extreme heat in Chicago. Ariana was very understanding which allowed me to schedule someone to fix the AC while she was there. She communicated everything to me from the repairman and I was able to get it resolved. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
Naylah is absolutely fantastic with our two Australian shepherds, one with senior needs and the younger one with high energy. She went above and beyond to take one on lengthy walks, and the other, more leisurely. Naylah is also a great communicator and took great care of our home. A wonderful house and cat sitter! We were worried about our 6/7 week old kitten but Eren was able to help care for our kitten. We came back to a clean litter box and a happy cat!
