Penelope was new to Chicago and having a tough time settling in - we wanted Penelope to have someone with her while we were out to ensure she was comfortable. Diane was absolutely phenomenal from the start - an excellent communicator and made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell she is extremely expert when it comes to the care of animals. Penelope can be very shy/anxious and tends to run away/hide when she is stressed. Diane got down on the floor with Penelope and patiently waited for her to come out when she was ready. Diane sent us photos throughout the day along with updates/messages which made me feel so much better and allowed me to relax while we were out.
