Availability
As mentioned, I am a teacher, so in the summer (June-mid Aug.) I am available 7 days a week and am home throughout the majority of the day for doggy day care, walking, drop ins and boarding unless my schedule notes otherwise. During the school year (Sept.- end of May) I am available for boarding and walks Fri. nights through Sunday, and doggy day care Saturdays and Sundays. I am also often available early mornings or in the evening after 5:00 for walks or drop-ins during the week. During typical breaks and holidays I am also available outside of the schedule above. If I need to be out of the house for an extended period of time while boarding (3-4 hours or more), I will let you know before booking to see if that works with your dog.

Safety, trust & environment
I limit my doggy day care and boarding to two dogs so I can personalize care to your dog. I have a fenced in yard and deck and do not leave dogs out on their own. While walking, I make it a point to keep distance from other dogs as much as possible in case they do not get along, especially if your dog is leash agressive.
Home
Information Marissa T. would like to know about your pet
Have they stayed away from the house without you before? Is there anything that makes them particularly anxious (being alone, fireworks, certain other kinds of dogs, etc...)? Does your dog have any unique needs? Do you crate your dog while you are out of the house, or at night?
A typical day
Your dog will get lots of walks, playing, love and time outside in the yard. Walks will mostly be through town or on nearby trails, if that works for your dog!

Reliable & Loving, Go-To Pet Aunt
Pet care experience
I have been watching and loving dogs and cats of friends and family for many years. This includes overnights or just walks/drop-ins when needed. While at home with them, I spend much of that time playing with them, giving pets, scratches and belly rubs, on multiple walks with them or out in the yard. Being an active person, I keep the dogs active as well and give walks/runs a few times a day. I am a teacher, so during the summer I am home all day throughout the weekdays. My full attention would be directed to your pet when they are with me, as I do not have kids or pets of my own. Everyone has different routines and rules for their pets, and I am understanding of that and I am happy to accommodate each of those so that you and your pet are as comfortable as possible when you are unable to be with your fur baby.
