About: I am very caring and compassionate for animals and pets. I have a cat of my own named Bruni and he is my best friend. Attentive and reliable pet care is assured with me as your pet sitter! I work as a teacher so my morning and afternoons are busy up until 3:30pm. However, I am available after those hours. I do have days off due to breaks, for example, winter break, where I can be reliable all day during those times. I have a cat of my own that I attend to 24/7. About: As a cat parent myself, I like to make sure my little one is taken care for when I step out. They all need their space but it’s important that they know someone is there to take care of them. I can be that person giving them space while also providing head scratches when they need it! I currently work part time on the weekends so I would say that I have more flexibility during the week to look after your pets. I make sure all pets are supervised, comfortable, and cared for with plenty of attention, fresh water, and a calm environment. If provided, I would make sure to follow specific instructions to ensure that your pets receive the best care possible.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, including a German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, and Pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with both large and high-energy breeds. I also have experiences with extended stay puppy sitting where I managed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and creating a calm, structured environment. I understand how important consistency, patience, and attentiveness are, especially with puppies. I’m currently preparing to welcome a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very intentional about creating safe, positive experiences for dogs. I work Monday through Friday but my partner is currently home all day, so someone will always be there to care for your dog! We are open to boarding any night. Walks I am primarily available after work or sometimes the morning before. My partner is currently available most anytime! We are both reliable and detail oriented. We are prepping to bring in our very own golden retriever puppy, so will treat your dog as if they are our own! As mentioned above I work Mon-Friday roughy 8-4. My partner is currently home throughout the day so someone will always be there to care for your dog. We are open to boarding almost any day especially weekends where we are both home. Walks and drop ins work best for me before work hours or after but my partner has open availability so between us we can accommodate to you! About: I'm an art history professor at the University of Chicago which means I have a flexible schedule for walks and drop in visits. I enjoy running and love taking active dogs for a jog around the neighborhood. I really love exploring the outdoors with my dogs, so if your pup is up for it, we'll go for a hike too! I've lived with dogs my entire life and have experience with very young pups to geriatrics and am comfortable administering medication. I have one smallish and one large dog at home and one cat, but I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I also have experience with exotics and small animals and have cared for geckos, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, chinchillas...even wildlife! I volunteer as a resident animal keeper at the Willowbrook Wildlife Center. I'm an all around animal lover, excited to meet your pets! I currently work from home a few days a week and would love to break up my day walking your dog! I’m happy to take high energy dogs for runs as well - just ask! About: I LOVE puppies, especially cute ones... I have lived with dogs for my entire life. Everything from labs, adopted mutts, terriers, poodles, goldendoodles, big, medium, and small. I have yet to meet a breed that I can't whisper to. While my profile on Rover is new, I have been sitting and housesitting dogs on the side for years, for neighbors in the area and a small network of family friends I've kept up since I began my undergrad at UIC. I also love running. If you have an active dog that needs extra exercise, I'd be happy to take them along. Just let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you. I am currently in summer school at UIC, and will be in class from 8am to noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so your dog would be alone for about 4 hours on those days. Before I leave, they will get a good walk, and when I'm back they'll spend the rest of the day with me doing homework, tutoring, or getting outside for a walk or run. I always treat every dog like my own. I make sure they are secure, comfortable, get all the pets and treats they need, and are never alone longer than necessary. You will also receive daily updates along the way, so you'll always know how they're doing.

About: I had a husky/German shepherd mix as a child and always had cats growing up. In my 20s, I had a retired greyhound. I adopted my current pup, a lab mix named Murphy, during the pandemic and he is my best friend. I work from home 3 days a week. Murphy mostly naps all day and I take him out for 4-6 potty breaks a day and we walk at least 2 miles per day. I take care of my pup daily and take him out on regular walks and potty breaks. I have an apartment but there is plenty of space for us to roam about comfortably. I allow my pup the comfort of roaming about the apartment freely. I would allow your dog the same comfort. If your dog prefers a crate, I have space to set that up.

About: I love dogs. I regularly foster dogs from the humane society and I have experience taking care of old and sick dogs as well as puppies. I live in Hawaii 9 months of the year, so I am not always on Rover, but I do keep my calendar updated and love to watch dogs while I'm here and my boyfriend is working full time I always wake up early to feed my dogs, I am not working full time, and I love to play and interact with dogs all day, and also to take them on walks. Some days that's my only exercise honestly! Lol We love to go on walks. My neighborhood is great for dog walking. My home is very dog friendly with lots of different sleeping possibilities for pets. I have separate areas for feeding dogs so no one is competing for food.
