About: I have 18 years of animal care experience, including my beloved dog Belle, who was part of the family for 11 years before she went to doggy heaven. I worked at a veterinary center for 2 years and a doggy daycare, so I know exactly how to care for every type of dog. I also have experience with dog walking and doing house visits - just my first time using Rover! As far as training experience, I interned at the Shedd Aquarium working alongside dolphin, otter, and penguin trainers so I even have a stash of knowledge about animal training. I have a Bachelor of Science in animal sciences, so I understand your pets inside and out. I have a lot more experience with animal care that I would love to share, just send me a message! Sundays and Mondays are usually open. During the week, I'm mostly available for evening drop-in visits and walks after 5pm or so, but I may have some flexibility so feel free to ask! I always treat my clients' homes with respect. Locking the door back while I walk your dog, cleaning up any messes, and sticking to task are all part of my routine. Because of my years of animal care experience, I am trained to look for abnormal behaviors in pets and follow-up. I provide photos and messages with updates so you never have to worry if everything is alright. Currently, I do not own any pets of any kind so you don't have to worry about your pet interacting with any other animals.

About: I have ample experience dog-sitting, dog walking, and caring for animals. I love learning about dog grooming techniques in my free time. I have experience administering oral medication to dogs, driving with dogs in the vehicle, and basic grooming techniques like bathing, blow-drying, and brushing. This is my summer job, so I have lots of time during the day to care for your pup! I'm available mostly during the weekdays for walks and drop-ins, and some weekends for dog-sitting, so I am a good fit for you if you need someone to take care/check on your dog during the work day. I make sure I work with owners to determine how their dog likes to be walked, as well as what is the safest option for them (harness, prong collar, etc.), and I always uphold what the owners have decided. I am comfortable driving with pets in the car as well. I have experience crating dogs as well, if that is something your pup needs.

About: I have always been an animal lover and grew up with horses, dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with all kinds of animals and their needs. I have 1 small dog named Ben that I’ve had for 10 years so I understand the care that’s needed every day from walks to attention. About: My name is Jessica-The Dog Sitter. I am 29 years old and I love dogs. I have had a dog as a family member since I was a little girl, so I have grown to love and care for dogs. I own 2 dogs of my own, Berlin and Bella which I love so much and I treat them more like family and less like my pets. I live in a house with my husband, Berlin, and Bella and are always willing to open our doors to welcome a guest (your pooch) for a few hours, a night or two or more.

About: I have always had various pets since childhood. I have had lots of experience walking multiple dogs at once including large and strong breeds such as pit bulls and huskies. I have 3 cats and a beaded dragon currently and I have has snakes and all sorts of rodents in the past. I love all fur and non-fur babies. I currently work another job but have a flexible schedule to work in dog walks and drop in visits into my day as needed. When taking care of an animal I always make sure I have ample time to spend with them and handle all of their needs. I provide dog walks, I can also walk cats for those with adventure cats. I have no issues feeding any pet including snakes, lizards, and fish. I love playing with all pets and can play inside or outside the home depending on the pet.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and truly understand how different each one can be. I raised a dog from a puppy, cared for a senior rescue dog, and even had a rabbit—so I’ve learned to be patient, gentle, and attentive to different needs. I currently have a Doberman, so I’m also used to handling larger, high-energy dogs. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Pet care fits really well into my routine right now. I’m back home for the summer, so my schedule is very open. I have time to give pets the attention they need—whether that’s walks, or check-ins. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so making space for them in my day feels natural and easy. When I do walks or check-ins at a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, happy, and relaxed in their own space. I follow any care instructions closely—like feeding schedules, potty routines, or play preferences—and always give plenty of attention and affection. I treat their home with respect and make sure everything’s clean and secure before I leave.

About: I've owned and taken care of a multitude of pets from a young age, mostly stray dogs and cats, that my family took in. I'm especially comfortable around and handling strong, large dogs as some past breeds I've owned include a Rottweiler, Doberman, and Newfoundland. In my lifetime, I've also owned and cared for 10 different cats, as well as other animals including fish, rats, rabbits, and snakes. I'm currently working in the animal care field as a dolphin trainer and some individual dolphins I've cared for have reached 600+ pounds. That being said, no animal is too large or intimidating for me! This also means I have a really good understanding of animal behavior and psychology which is necessary for excellent animal care. I currently work 4 days a week, usually Saturday-Tuesday. The other days, I'm usually home most of the day doing schoolwork, except when I leave to go to the gym or grocery store. On days I work, I can't take dogs out as frequently, but I do come home during my lunch break to let my own dogs run around in the fenced in yard. I do have two huskies that your dog can socialize and play with while I'm at work. They are somewhat lazy and are very content to lounge while I'm away. I also leave on relaxing music when I'm at work and a large washable potty pad, just in case. The use of potty pads is highly debated, but I personally don't feel comfortable forcing pets to hold it for long periods of time, especially because I wouldn't do that to myself. On workdays, I take my dogs on long morning and evening walks and would be happy to bring your dog along. On days I'm at home, my pets are let out into the yard very frequently (~2-3 hours) to potty and play. When not playing in the yard, they're usually lounging, cuddling with me while I do my schoolwork, or playing with some sort of enrichment toy that I've provided. The home is out in the countryside on a large plot of land with lots of greenery and shade, and a fenced-in dog play area in the back. While I work, I typically take my dogs out to play in the yard. I will often sit out with my work laptop and watch them! I provide a very safe, relaxing environment where your dog will be treated like family. This also applies when I do house-sitting, drop-ins, and dog walks. I approach care with a proactive approach, rather than reactive. This means I always keep a close eye on individual pet behavior as subtle cues can indicate how a pet is feeling at a given moment. Many pet owners miss out on these cues, especially if they aren't trained to look for them. Overall, this means I try my best to create a safe environment for and trusting bond with any animal I work with via positive reinforcement and never push past an individual's limits.

About: I just recently had a beautiful baby boy, and before him I’ve had my beautiful fur babies. I have two dogs that I love and treat as my sons. Making that a total of three sons (one baby boy,two dogs), my dogs are small but I also have had dogs that were much bigger than I am. My dog that was bigger than I was had to go to doggy heaven, but it explains that I have experience with different sizes and breeds. I love animals and would love to be apart of your fur baby’s life. I work as a teacher so my morning and afternoons are busy up until 3:30pm. However, I am available after those hours. About: I’m sure all sitters say this but I genuinely have a seat for being with animals. Sometimes I prefer them over people and treat them like they’re my own. I love all of their personalities and quirks. Anywhere I go I ask to pet someone’s dog and respect what the dog’s body language is telling me. I have a Siberian husky so I have had to learn how to read body language and potential environmental stressors very well. I invest a generous amount of time into learning about dog breeds and am always opening to learning more!
