About: Hi! I'm a dedicated pet lover and current cat owner/former dog owner who understands that leaving your pet in someone else's care requires trust. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while you're away. As a cat owner, I'm experienced with daily feeding routines, playtime, litter box maintenance, and respecting each cat's unique personality and comfort level. I also grew up with dogs and have experience with walks, exercise, feeding, and providing plenty of attention and companionship. I offer dog walking, cat drop-in visits, and house sitting services. Whether your dog needs a fun walk, your cat needs care and company at home, or you're looking for someone dependable to stay with your pets while you travel, I'll treat them with the same care and attention I'd want for my own pets. I know how important updates are when you're away, so you can expect regular communication, photos, and check-ins throughout my visits. I'm dependable, attentive to details, and committed to keeping your pet's routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. As a part-time worker, I maintain a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable pet care, with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires a high level of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. When caring for pets in a client's home, I am respectful of personal property, follow all household instructions carefully, and maintain a professional, reliable presence at every visit. I prioritize the safety and well-being of both pets and their homes by ensuring doors, gates, and windows are secure, keeping living areas tidy, and adhering to any specific care routines provided by the owner. “I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

About: I just recently had a beautiful baby boy, and before him I’ve had my beautiful fur babies. I have two dogs that I love and treat as my sons. Making that a total of three sons (one baby boy,two dogs), my dogs are small but I also have had dogs that were much bigger than I am. My dog that was bigger than I was had to go to doggy heaven, but it explains that I have experience with different sizes and breeds. I love animals and would love to be apart of your fur baby’s life. I wouldn’t mind dog sitting or dog walking. Let me know if you need me, I am available more in the evening or available to schedule if needed.

About: I’m sure all sitters say this but I genuinely have a seat for being with animals. Sometimes I prefer them over people and treat them like they’re my own. I love all of their personalities and quirks. Anywhere I go I ask to pet someone’s dog and respect what the dog’s body language is telling me. I have a Siberian husky so I have had to learn how to read body language and potential environmental stressors very well. I invest a generous amount of time into learning about dog breeds and am always opening to learning more! Currently, I am home for the holidays with plenty of time to care for your pets while you’re away! I have access to a car and am eager to work. Extensive experience with dogs, slightly less with cats but always open to caring! I love giving them constant stimulation and walks. Pets and treats are always given. I treat all dogs like they’re my own. I have an eye on them almost at all times.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and truly understand how different each one can be. I raised a dog from a puppy, cared for a senior rescue dog, and even had a rabbit—so I’ve learned to be patient, gentle, and attentive to different needs. I currently have a Doberman, so I’m also used to handling larger, high-energy dogs. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Pet care fits really well into my routine right now. I’m back home for the summer, so my schedule is very open. I have time to give pets the attention they need—whether that’s walks, or check-ins. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so making space for them in my day feels natural and easy. When I do walks or check-ins at a client’s home, I focus on making pets feel safe, happy, and relaxed in their own space. I follow any care instructions closely—like feeding schedules, potty routines, or play preferences—and always give plenty of attention and affection. I treat their home with respect and make sure everything’s clean and secure before I leave.

About: I have had the privilege of loving and caring for dog(s) since I was 5 years old. I have raised dogs since they were 6 week old puppies until their final days. I am organized with medication distribution if needed and can follow any cute quirks your baby may need to have that extra attention to detail for them to feel safe and loved. I work full time Monday to Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm. I am available evening hours during the work week and all day on weekends! I have a 3 year old Shetland Sheepdog named Bowie. His brother, Milo, passed away last year, who was my baby since he was 6 weeks old. I would love to take your dog for walks, feed, play, and spend time with your companion. I believe in positive reinforcement for teaching dogs tricks and behavior training.

About: I've always had a love for dogs and have cared for my own dogs since I was 12. My friends and family have asked me to walk, play with, feed, or bathe their pets and I am always happy to help! During the week, I work from home three days out of the five and those days I am responsible for my pets at home and love being able to be home with them. At home I have a fenced in yard that is perfect for play dates. My two dogs are very friendly with other dogs and they are crate trained so they can be easily put away. I do not plan on bringing my dogs for the services that I provide because they have anxiety.

About: I have ample experience dog-sitting, dog walking, and caring for animals. I love learning about dog grooming techniques in my free time. I have experience administering oral medication to dogs, driving with dogs in the vehicle, and basic grooming techniques like bathing, blow-drying, and brushing. This is my summer job, so I have lots of time during the day to care for your pup! I'm available mostly during the weekdays for walks and drop-ins, and some weekends for dog-sitting, so I am a good fit for you if you need someone to take care/check on your dog during the work day. I make sure I work with owners to determine how their dog likes to be walked, as well as what is the safest option for them (harness, prong collar, etc.), and I always uphold what the owners have decided. I am comfortable driving with pets in the car as well. I have experience crating dogs as well, if that is something your pup needs.

About: I volunteered at an animal shelter throughout high school and had two dogs of my own. My first dog, Daisy, was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I then fostered and adopted Howie, a Chiweenie, in 2020. Both have since crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, and I miss them every day. I have regularly dog sat for neighbors, friends, and even professors in college. I love all animals of all shapes and sizes and would love to take care of your furry friend! I am in the Chicago area before I move to Iowa at the end of the summer. I don’t have any other commitments and could spend all my time caring for your dogs and/or cats! I am available for a range of services from dog-walking to staying overnight!
