About: Hi! I’m Lauren, a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. Additionally, I’ve fostered dogs during extreme weather emergencies, caring for each one until I was able to personally find them a loving, forever home. I earned my Master’s in Psychological Science and am currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My background has strengthened my patience, attention to detail, and understanding of behavior, all of which are qualities that help me provide attentive, individualized care for every pet. As a dog owner myself (to a sweet American bully), I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family member. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to provide dependable care throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. I understand how important consistency is for pets, and I’m happy to work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs whenever possible. When caring for pets in your home, my priority is keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any other preferences to ensure your pet feels safe and comfortable. I treat every home with the utmost respect and provide regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel completely at ease throughout my care.

About: I treat every pup like my own. If your dog isn't napping or resting, we'll be active and engaged. That may include playing with their favorite toy, going on a walk, or getting plenty of belly rubs and pats. I believe dogs thrive on love, attention, and activity. Therefore, I make sure they're never bored or lonely. Currently away at bootcamp! I'm currently a student at UIC with one class online and one class in person. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me plenty time for walks, drop-ins and overnight care. Your dogs safety and comfort are my top priorities. On walks, I let your pep lead the way so they can explore at their own pace. I love finding nearby parks where they can burn energy. It I'm caring for a pet in your home, I'll always follow your instructions closely to maintain their normal routine.

She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. I am home full-time, so pets are under constant supervision and are never left unattended. I have a spacious backyard with grassy areas for potty breaks, playtime, or just to relax in fresh air, all surrounded by a privacy fence with secure locks at points of entry. This is a non-smoking home. No candles or harmful cleaning chemicals are EVER used when pets are in my care and I always make sure their food/water stays clean and fresh. Pets are always safely leashed for neighborhood walks. I also have a fully finished basement that is perfect to provide plenty of extra space. If I am visiting the pet-owners home, I promise to treat your home with the utmost respect, and will double-check that all doors are securely locked every time I exit your property and all other guidelines given are followed. I will always provide regular photo, video, and text updates throughout the day, so you always know exactly how your baby is doing. Ultimately, I care for every pet with the same deep love that I gave my own best buddy.
