Availability
I'm almost done with my degree, so I make my own schedule as I go to make rent and get my work done. I prefer requests in advance, rather than the day of, in order to accommodate the different schedules of my clients as well as account for travel time.

About Olivia L.
Communication
Dog skills
Safety, trust & environment
I communicate beforehand to maintain any routines/behaviors you've already established in your household. I believe in positive rather than negative reinforcement, and try to read body language and the like to avoid mishaps between your pet and I.
Information Olivia L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet is aggressive or fearful of other animals or people. I'd also like a heads-up if they may try to eat sticks, bones, or items dropped on the ground. I'd like to take care of your dog in the best way possible.
A typical day
When I walk with a dog, we typically spend a little bit of time either getting a feel for each other or getting some pets in before we head outside. In cases of inclement weather, I push to at least get a pee in, and then we will play indoors to get movement. I tend to narrate as we go, so let me know what words your pets knows or is learning! I always check food and water before leaving, and will give a treat if permitted.

Pet care experience
I lived with a dog for 2 years in 2018 and 2019, and fell in love! I've since cared for many cats and dogs of all kinds of personalities and sizes, completing over 700 visits/walks/overnights before joining Rover. I can guarantee my affection and stubbornness to do the best job possible! I've walked pets through rain, snow, and sun, so I'm familiar with the intricacies of harnesses, coats, and booties. I'm used to those who pull more than stroll, and I've encountered my fair share of dogs who are more vocal than not. I'm curious to hear your pet's unique quirks and traits, and anticipate learning more upon meeting them! Currently, I have availability before noon and after 2.30pm M-F, because I have regular bookings during that time. It is possible to have a walk within that time block if your location is nearby, so please don't hesitate to reach out (:
Reviews

Olivia was great with Remy—very communicative, very caring, and excellent with his additional needs (he’s very picky with food!). Took great care of my space as well. Will absolutely book again!

Olivia did a great job of making our anxious dog and two cats comfortable during her house sitting. She was very communicative throughout the duration of our travel and our pets were well cared for. During the meet and greet, she asked a lot of great questions regarding things I haven’t thought about. I will definitely be rebooking with Olivia the next time I am out of town. Thank you!

Olivia was great, responsive, gave good updates, and cared for the apartment well.
Olivia is our go-to dog sitter when we go out of town! They are an excellent and prompt communicator while arranging logistics, and they give plenty of reports (with pictures!) throughout each day. Our dog Benny deals with separation anxiety and has some pretty specific exit-routine needs. Olivia has always followed our instructions perfectly and taken amazing care of him. We highly recommend hiring Olivia for any of your dog care needs. Benny loves them!
