“Gionna is absolutely fantastic! My rescue cat, who rarely comes out for anyone except me, followed Gionna around the house while she visited. I have to believe that means she’s a wonderful person!”

About: Hi! I'm looking for new wonderful pets to walk and take care of! I have taken in four rescues, all with different special physical and behavioral needs. I currently have two Pitbull mixes, one Lab mix, and a multiple tropical aquariums! Caring for animals has been a passion of mine since I was young. A favorite activity of mine is taking my dogs to local forest preserves where they can play and exert their energy. I can administer eye drops, pills, and ointments to pets as my own have different medications that they need on a regular basis. I have also taken classes in care for companion animals. Special needs animals have a forever place in my heart because I believe that every pup or cat deserves to enjoy life to the fullest! Whether that is hiking at a trail, swimming in a lake, or curling up on the couch- I'd love to help them do that! Currently very open for scheduling. Stays for over a week will have to be discussed as I do have to ensure time to take care of my own animals. I do not host animals in my own home, but I am adaptable to a variety of routines and activities you and your pet would enjoy.
About: Growing up, I’ve always been a fond of animals and believe they deserve the same love and affection they provide us! Although I have more hands-on experience with cats, I grew up with friends who had dogs of all sizes and commonly walked or reinforced their good behavior. I’m currently working full-time on the weekdays, but I am available in the evenings and weekends to tend to your furry babies with love and comfort :) There is plenty of space to go on walks, run around, and have fun during playtime. Our neighborhood is safe and sound with friendly families and kids!

About: I had a senior dog for over 15 years that I took care of! Also fully trained her and loved her. Additionally, I have worked at a barn with horses, cats, and dogs that I have taken care of. :) I am a college student but I am free all days besides Tuesdays and Wednesdays! I can make those days work after 5 pm. Weekends I can do any hours as well for any service. I have a fenced yard and no other pets at my house at the time. I have water bowls and feeders. I also will walk your dog for as long or little as needed because I love walks and runs myself!
“Danielle was great with Monarch. She took really good care of him, all of our instructions and showed up for every visit. I know that sounds basic but it is huge. We will definitely use Danielle again and can’t thank her enough.”

“It was our first time leaving Daisy with someone, and the experience couldn't have been more amazing. Jimmy kept us updated the whole trip, with photos and videos, but most importantly, he took care of her. We gave him a nervous dog, and we received a peaceful and loved dog back. He did an amazing job and I highly recommend him.”
About: I've lived with dogs all my life and raise a few by myself from puppies. I'm all about safety and mutual respect. I hope I can be a friend and even a teacher for your pups. I find dogs are more easily trained once they've had adequate exercise. I'm happy to take your guy or girl for a long walk, to the dog park, or even to the dog beach. Also, if you're going out of town or just need a quiet night, I'm happy to watch over your loved one as if they were my own. I'll make sure they feel comfortable and well taken care of. I'm happy to host at my apartment or at yours. Let's connect and see if it's a good fit. Thanks!

“It was initially unsettling for me to find and hire a dog sitter for my very shy dog. Mark answered my prayers and was definitely up for the challenge!! He was calm, trustworthy and reliable. He had patience and compassion with Bella. What a great relief for me that I had absolutely no worries hiring this great pet sitter. Bella was well taken care of. I loved the uploaded picture he sent of Bella in the backyard. I will surely continue to book my pet sitting needs with Mark. I highly recommend him as he is awesome at what he does!!”

About: I grew up on a farm and I find myself now with a lot of respect for animals. Our pets are our family and we all think ours are the cutest. I think babysitting somebody else’s furry babes is an important job and should be done with lots of care. I have just moved to the Chicago area, with only a Highschool degree and one years experience in the restaurant industry it’s been a little hard to find a job in the area. I recently discovered Rover and I think it could be a great way to give a little to the world and do something. I have a female micro bully who is quite friendly and doesn’t really get upset at the presence of other dogs. If you were worried, your dog and my dog could be separated in the house as there is enough room to devote one yard to each dog along with one half of the house and separate doors to the outside. I have a fenced back yard but I wouldn’t leave any dogs out there alone given the heat of summer and the age of my fencing. I have toys beds leashes poop bags treats and special dog popsicles for especially hot days.
“Melissa was great!! Like most I was so anxious to leave my dog while at work all day. She was awesome with my dog and sent pics of him looking so happy and gave him treats. I video chatted with her prior and knew she truly is an animal lover.”

About: I’ve had pets all my life. I adore all sizes, dogs or cats! I’d love to play/walk with them. And of course take care of any other needs they might need I mostly work night shifts. I’m free mornings and afternoons. I’m also willing to stay with your fur babies during the day while you’re at work. I’m happy to take your dogs on walks or to parks to let out their energy. And for your cats I have two of my own so I know how to fully care for them as well
About: I am careful to heed owners instructions on how to care for their furbaby to create peace of mind and maintain a respectful relationship between the animals and humans. I work Full-time on the weekend. I can accept reservations and check-ins starting by 3PM on Mondays. Pets must be checked-out/picked up by 3PM Saturday. Currently have 2 Siberian huskies to entertain your pooch. Both huskies are well-socialized and engage very well with other canines. House is cleaned and sanitized on the daily to prevent any contagious illnesses. Exercise is done through nature trails in the area. If owners are comfortable with dog parks, I am a member to multiple private dog parks to ensure privacy and freedom to run around from other unauthorized/stranger canines.
About: Dogs have always been a central part of my life. I grew up in a household where we raised two or three dogs at a time, because every dog deserves a playmate and a loving home. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from playful, energetic puppies who need lots of attention and exercise to slower-moving, senior dogs who need a little extra support and patience. I have hands-on experience with potty training and have helped multiple puppies build consistent routines with great success. I also understand the special needs of senior dogs, from administering medication to handling mobility issues to simply offering them gentle, attentive companionship. Structure and safety are important to me because much like us humans, dogs rely on their own instinctive, internal clocks to successfully function from day-to-day. Whether it‘s a dog’s precise feeding schedule, typical potty break times, or proper amount of exercise each day, I strive to follow along as close as possible to standard schedules and protocols so that dogs can feel that sense of normalcy, routine, and ease while owners are away. I am committed to giving each and every dog the same love, comfort, and attention they’d get from their dog-parent! My schedule is wide open for the most part right now! I am available weekdays and weekends since I just graduated from college this past May and would absolutely ove to meet you and your fur-baby/babies!! **Important disclaimer in regards to daycare service: - I have 3 of my own dogs at my house which can already be a little crazy, if you could imagine! For this reason, I do daycare in my clients’ homes instead, which most people don’t seem to mind and actually prefer! Whenever I am caretaking a new dog/dogs, I always like to clarify protocols in regards to meals, potty breaks, play-time, etc. with the owner because everyone "dog-parents" a little bit differently!
