“Mercedes has been nothing but wonderful. She took great care of our puppy who was only 5 months old. There was never a moment I had to worry about my dog not being in good care. She kept us updated, sent lots of pictures, and ensured us she was having a great time. She took our puppy on many walks and played with her lots! Her husband and her kids also loved the dog and got many pictures of them cuddling with her. I cannot recommend her enough, and went above and beyond! Mercedes is passionate about taking care of dogs and her kids and husband also have a deep love for animals. Next time we got out of town she will be the first person we call and recommend her to all our family and friends!”

“I want to acknowledge how professional and well organized Iman handles her business. I am a first time pet owner and Rover user. I had to leave town for 6 days for a vacation. I had anxiety around who was going to care for my pet. I did a google search and stumbled across this platform. Iman picture was highlighted for me. My spirit felt like she would be the one to choose. I’m proud to say that I was not wrong in following that inner voice. Iman took care of my pet better than me. I enjoyed the warm welcome with a personalized sign. I was able to walk in the house to see Ace also had friends to play with and a doggy play area. My Ace normally barks at strangers but he seemed comfortable with Iman right away. He received high quality luxury style care. The activities, videos and pictures updates were comforting and entertaining to watch. I don’t want to give all her secrets away I love that she celebrated his birthday with a paint party. I also love how happy he looked the entire time. I was impressed with the level of experience Iman has. I also appreciate that she makes dog food and my pet seem to like her food more. I will be ordering food for him. I will also use Iman for all my future pet needs. I think I have hit a goldmine with her services. I have no need to seek out anyone else. I am throughly satisfied with the love and care provided to my Ace. My trip was extended a day due to unforeseen circumstances at the airport and Iman did not hesitate to provide extended care. Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!
Donelle is the best! She loves dogs and has the perfect environment for them to thrive. Our two younger pups were with her for an extended period and loved it. This is my 7 year old, Shih Tzu’s 3rd time with Sarai & she loves it over there. She’s always ready & available with a positive, welcoming attitude to Jazz & helps her feel comfortable Sarai’s communication/updates can sometime be a little off, but she eventually gets back to me in 24 hours or less.
