My goal is to give you peace of mind while you're away by making sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I've had a variety of cats, both in type and amount. I currently have two cats with very different personalities and I approach them differently to accommodate that. I play with Puca who likes to make mischief while I leave Minerva be until she wants some cuddles!

I’m excited to meet your pup and give them a walk they’ll remember; one that’s safe, stimulating, and tailored to their personality. About: Hi! I’m a Veterinary student with experience in animal behavior, dog training, pet handling, and more. I’m passionate about providing a safe, loving, and stress free environment for pets in my home. My veterinary education helps me recognize health concerns, understand animal body language, and ensure every pet receives attentive, knowledgeable care. I will care for your pets with all the love in my heart, treating them as if they were my own and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved throughout their stay. 🐾❤️ As a Veterinary student, pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I am available to care for pets during both weekdays and weekends, and I can provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a secure apartment building with controlled access and a safe environment. There are several nearby parks and walking areas where your pet can enjoy regular exercise, enrichment, and outdoor time. I typically accept only one pet (or pets from the same family) at a time. I do not board pets from different households together, which helps prevent conflicts, anxiety, and unnecessary stress. This allows me to give each pet my full attention and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.
“Julian is very good with my sammy. He was gentle and kind and got my sammy to do things he was never doing in the house and that’s with one day with him! Julian kept me updated with messages and pictures throughout the day which really reassured me and my peace of mind. Definitely will be returning with sammy in the future!”

About: My wife and I have had dogs for over 25 years, we would love the chance to take in your pup while you're away. Be careful they might come home spoiled. I am able to give injections if needed, have experience with senior dogs. I am retired and able to take care of your dog 24/7. My wife is home by early afternoon and home on weekends, to also help with your dog's needs. I have a big fenced in backyard and a dog of my own for your pup to play with, he's about 50lbs. and loves to play ball.
“Amazing care for my Butters. I was completely comfortable leaving him in Danny’s care. Daily pictures and a lot of space for Butters to run around. Will be coming back to Danny for future service! 5/5 Recommended!”

About: What sets me apart for other sitters is that I have them enjoy their walks at their own pace. In my years of experience, I have not only taken care of dogs but also cats just to name a few. Every animal is unique in their own way so being kind goes a long way. I like to have the owners as well as the dogs comfortable with me so I obtain as much information from the owners regarding their furry friends as I can. I am currently free to play, drop-in or bring your furry baby home with me. Whatever your pets needs are, I am here to help. I have a big backyard where I normally allow the dogs to run and play. But it does not have a fence in one area where the driveway begins. My home has two floors which the downstairs I use for the dogs to lay down, play or sleep. I do own a dog myself but she isn't allowed to interact with guests dogs unless previously approved by the guests parents first. I also have cameras, where I can capture video and photos to send to the pet parents.
“Skyler had a wonderful stay with Lina and didn’t want to leave! Lina was very accommodating, especially with our last-minute booking. We’d definitely book with her again in the future. Thanks again!”

I grew up with a dog, and spent 15+years with my beloved baby Shiba Inu Kenji. He had one eye, lots of arthritis, kidney issues, and half his teeth in the end but was full of life! About: Dogs have been a great interest of mine since i was born! I currently have one dog who is a creature of habit and has a strict schedule she sticks to! I’ve always known when something is up with her, like if her belly hurts or if she wants to go outside. I’ve been taking care of dogs for my whole life; my neighbors dogs, my sisters dog and even fostering. I have great behavior awareness, i act calm under pressure, i care for all types of animals and I’m responsible. Pet care is something i take very seriously. About: I have over 13 years experience doing vet assistant and vet technician tasks and skills as a volunteer at The Animal Welfare League in Chicago Ridge, IL. I have been employed as part of the membership and philanthropic department at Lincoln Park Zoo from which I learned a great deal, stemming from my biology classes on taxonomy to zoology, to specific animal facts and conservation of threatened animals. I therefore know a great deal of educational background on animal behavior. I studied psychology and comparitive human psychology/animal behavior with a bachelors in science from IIT. I have grown up with dogs, cats, and ferrets. At Southwest Animal Care Center, I bathed, fed, walked, medicated, and cared for boarding and patient animals. I graduated with my veterinary assistant certificate in 2018. After graduating from IIT, I became a kennel attendant and learned a great deal about how to care for animals. Pet care is a daily task for me as I take care for two little fuzzbutt ferrets, Icarus and Agatha. Icarus often wakes me up with his bushy tailed excitement. I'm lucky to have such wonderful critters in my life. Right now, I am only offering dog walking and off-site at client's home services. From what I've read from the anthropologist book "Inside of a Dog" by Alexandra Horowitz, animals, especially dogs, crave human attention so being attentive to an animal's needs is to me, what's most important. This includes communicating with animals to know when they need a bathroom break, when they want play, when they want affection and cuddles, when they want nappy time, being fed according to what their schedule is, and of course, offering healthy treats (if allowed) and new novel smells, toys, etc. I can manage 4-5 walks per day with one or multiple dogs at a time 5-6 days a week. This is my main job and I'm dedicated to providing top care as if they are my own. I take extra care to be a courteous and contentious guest in the owner's home. I treat my stay with respect and humbly care. You can trust me to provide excellent care and keep everything tidy and clean.

“Jennifer was a lifesaver for us in walking our pup while we were out of town. She was very flexible and accommodating and did a great job communicating updates throughout walks. Definitely recommend and will book again!”

About: I've had dogs my whole life, helped with training, and often would dog and house sit for friends and family. I've attended several dog training courses with some of my own dogs, as well as researching and practicing on my own. I've helped a close friend and my sister do basic training with their own dogs. I also have 2 cats, and am careful to adjust treatment of all my animals to their personality and needs! I am available Mon/Tues/Saturday. I can be available Wednesday and Thursday with advanced notice. I am only available Sundays and/or Fridays upon request and with at least 3 weeks notice. I currently work part time in the service industry and am getting ready to go back to school for a career change. My schedule is mostly flexible, but I do have a commitment to my other job as well. I'm happy to work with anyone who needs me during unavailable days, don't be afraid to ask and we can see if we can work it out! My dog is not dog friendly, so I do not do any care at my residence. However, it means I am experienced with dogs who need a bit more awareness in their care than others! I'm attentive and firm, and am willing to go for a 2 hour hike or rest in the house depending on their needs.
About: Hi! I'm looking for new wonderful pets to walk and take care of! I have taken in four rescues, all with different special physical and behavioral needs. I currently have two Pitbull mixes, one Lab mix, and a multiple tropical aquariums! Caring for animals has been a passion of mine since I was young. A favorite activity of mine is taking my dogs to local forest preserves where they can play and exert their energy. I can administer eye drops, pills, and ointments to pets as my own have different medications that they need on a regular basis. I have also taken classes in care for companion animals. Special needs animals have a forever place in my heart because I believe that every pup or cat deserves to enjoy life to the fullest! Whether that is hiking at a trail, swimming in a lake, or curling up on the couch- I'd love to help them do that! Currently very open for scheduling. Stays for over a week will have to be discussed as I do have to ensure time to take care of my own animals. I do not host animals in my own home, but I am adaptable to a variety of routines and activities you and your pet would enjoy.

Great communication and felt extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend to let your dog stay with her family and pup of her own who is both adorable and friendly.”

“Desiree was incredibly accommodating to my dog's needs and very understanding of her anxiety. Since this was Bell-A’s first time being boarded, I was naturally nervous, but Desiree took excellent care of her and made the experience as stress-free as possible. She sent daily updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Bell-A was in caring and capable hands. I truly appreciate the attention, patience, and love she showed my dog, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.”

“Our pup was so well-loved by Patricia and her family. From the second she met our dog I knew she was in good hands and the regular updates and pictures she sent reassured us of that. Could not recommend her services more highly!”

“Great Care! Manuel was professional and caring. He communicated throughout the day, sending updates and pictures. He went above and beyond caring for Levi. She was extremely happy and tired when I picked he up. I would highly recommend Manuel to take care of your Furbaby!”

About: I grew up with dogs, worked at PetSmart for many years, continued dog sitting professionally, and raised my own current dog, Gizmo, from 5 weeks old. I have gone through extensive training and I use that to help others with training issues when I can. I've been through various medical issues and found the appropriate care, including for a choking dog. I am an artist and like to photograph or draw they dogs I care for - have done separate pet portrait work not included with dog sitting. I like to try to really communicate with and understand each dog in their own circumstances. I have a dog park available just a short walk down the street. I have the ability to schedule working from home if needed. Typically, if you would like your dog to stay at my home, they will be sharing space with my dog, Gizmo. So please communicate if you need special consideration for alone time. I take walks or visit the dog park in the mornings. I typically work 10 to 6 Monday through Friday at an office, but can schedule days to work from home if a dog is staying and can not be left for a long period of time. My dog is Gizmo. He is okay with other dogs and will typically play a little outside and leave your dog to have their own space inside. You will need to discuss your situation with me if your dog needs alone time with me as I would need to address Gizmo's care under those circumstances. My house is on the smaller side, but the yard is fenced in and is reasonably sized. There is a dog door available to allow easy access to the yard. Dogs are allowed on couches and the bed in my home. I have one large crate if you would like your dog to use one. Each room can be closed off if separation is needed. If I am caring for a dog in another home, I need to take the same consideration for Gizmo. Please share your needs so we can adjust as necessary.

“Crystal was amazing! Great communication aa well as pictures. Kingsley appeared to have enjoyed his stay. This was his first time being around other dogs and Crystal made it a good experience for him. I'd definitely recommend her to others as well as leaving Kingsley with her and her family again.”
