“Lauryn is a gem. She was very responsible and has a great way of expressing herself in the Rover report cards; there's a touch of humor in her reports that makes for delightful reading. She sent cute photos of the cat, even though she had to search for him because he's a very shy hider. She was determined to find him each time and even caught him on a brief video one time that simultaneously melted my heart and made me chuckle; she has a cute personality and one can see clearly she loves animals. There was an emergency when our lock broke (not her fault; it was an old lock) and her communication skills were top-notch plus she kept her cool. We engaged the help of a neighbor who interacted with Lauryn and got our lock replaced. A real fiasco, but Lauryn was willing to come back to our place right after the new lock was installed to take care of our cat and let me know he was okay. Thanks, Lauryn! We would definitely have you back again :)”

“Emily was amazing from start to finish. We went out of town for 5 days and she came by 3x a day for 30 mins to feed, water, let our dog Nala out and play with her. I initially went with Emily because she was just freakin' nice. Easy to talk to and quick to respond. She showed up every single drop in early/on time and stayed longer than she had to (we were not expecting this and no one should expect this from her I only wanted to say she went above and beyond unprompted for us). Every rover card had toooons of photos and a lengthy description of what they did, if Nala went potty, etc. Poo was picked up from the yard and all instructions were followed perfectly. Emily left some treats, a toy and a precious framed picture of Nala on our counter. We felt Nala was not just taken care of but loved! Emily was just so great I couldn't say it enough. I will continue to trust her with our dog's care and I suggest you do as well, you won't regret it! 10 out of 10 stars, A+ wonderful sitter!!”

She kept in touch regularly, did her best to keep my plants alive, despite the heat wave, and my scaredy kitty who never reveals himself to anyone but me actually came out of hiding to play with her, if with great reserve. It was still a giant leap of trust for him and I'm very impressed. She also takes very cute animal pictures because I want to keep a few she sent me of my cats.”

“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”
