“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

About: Pets have always been a part of my life. From my first fish to my 6 year old Labrador now I can’t ever stop hanging around animals. My neighbours friends and family always say I’m the animal whisperer. Dogs and cats are my primary specialty encompassing walks, play time, meal time, you name it I’ll be able to do it with them. I’m a student athlete so my schedule is pretty flexible to stop in during the days or stop in overnights. About: I recently had to say goodbye to my girl Winnie and so I decided to try using Rover as I still enjoy having a dog around. Weekends and holidays I am free all day. I prefer to use the client's yard or take them to a park. My yard is only size appropriate for smaller dogs but still fenced in if your dog is not very active.

My dog is a senior at the end of her life so I have experience with that as well I do work in office from 9-5 Monday-Friday. So during that time not able to walk pets. Other than that I am able to care for them. in my home I have mutiple rooms/big enough house incase the pets need to be kept seperate. About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm out of the house between 9:30pm and 3am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for pet sits and boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment including lunge-line leashes to keep dogs safely on my property.

About: I have cared for dogs since the age of 9. I have two dogs, a dachshund/ rat terrier mix and a pit bull. I have loved and cared for them almost my whole life, from learning their quirks to taking care of their medical needs. One of my dogs had a litter of 9 puppies that I helped give birth to. They are my family and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am working a full time job. I work from 5am-1:30pm five days a week with two days off throughout the week. Anytime after 2pm would be fine. I always approach a new fur baby with patience to let them get to know me and realize I’m there to help. I make sure to get familiar with their needs so everything goes well and is as stress free as possible for your pet!

About: Hi! I go by Anna. REACTIVE DOGS WELCOME! I started volunteering with animals when I was 10 years old, and it's been a part of my life ever since. I have a soft spot for cats & dogs who need a little help with socialization and training. I have experience with a vast variety of dog breeds, sizes, and needs - from miniature pinchers, to border collies, huskies, pitbulls, cane corsos and more! I also have 5+ years of experience working in behavior analysis, and am well-versed in reinforcement-based training. I also work from home full-time and do not have any pets of my own at this time. I fall in love with EVERY animal I meet and I know I will love your pet, too! I work from home full-time with flexibility in my working hours. I don't currently have any pets of my own, which allows me to provide the ideal environment for dogs or cats who may need a quieter space or one-on-one attention. NO SIZE OR BREED RESTRICTIONS! I am home the majority of the time, though I may leave for 1-2 hours weekly to run errands. I do have crates available for pets who need them when home alone. I use pet-safe cleaning products and anything that may be potentially harmful is safely out of reach - I don't take risks. All of my windows have screens & I've mastered the art of entering a home without letting any curious animals escape. My apartment building has a pretty big yard, though is only fenced in on 3 sides. However, I am idealy located near miles of dog-friendly trails that can be reached on foot. I also prefer to use harnesses for dog walking as opposed to just collars, and have one available that can fit a dog up to 65lbs. I do NOT and will not use choke collars of any kind. For car rides: I do have and use a pet seat belt. Cats must be in carriers, which will also be attached the seat belt. Feel free to message me with any questions and safety and environment!

About: I have been looking after other's dogs for about six or seven years! I know how important it is to have someone you trust to look after your pet, so I do my best to take very good care of them. My friends and family ask me all of the time to let out, feed, and spend time with their pets! With my jobs at the moment, I have a lot of open time during my days to be around to care for pets, with availability any day in the late afternoon/evening, and most days during the day any time! I spend time with the pets so they don't have to spend the entire day or time alone, and let them out or feed them! Spending time with them and playing is an important thing I do with them, getting out some energy and simply making them happy.
