“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

“I'm quite possibly one of the pickiest people when it comes to who watches my pups, and honestly, Angelika is the best of the best. Her love for animals is SO apparent and every time I leave, I know my dogs will be given as much care as I give to them (if not more honestly haha). My dogs are not the easiest, as they both can be really reactive while on leash, and she's handled them like a pro. Even gave me a few tips on how to react when we run into other dogs on walks. One of my dogs requires medication and special feeding instructions- again, she's had no problems whatsoever. She's great at sending updates & photos, and my dogs both get so crazy excited every time she comes over. Angelika is always my first choice when it comes to dog sitters and I cannot recommend her enough!”

“Lauryn is a gem. She was very responsible and has a great way of expressing herself in the Rover report cards; there's a touch of humor in her reports that makes for delightful reading. She sent cute photos of the cat, even though she had to search for him because he's a very shy hider. She was determined to find him each time and even caught him on a brief video one time that simultaneously melted my heart and made me chuckle; she has a cute personality and one can see clearly she loves animals. There was an emergency when our lock broke (not her fault; it was an old lock) and her communication skills were top-notch plus she kept her cool. We engaged the help of a neighbor who interacted with Lauryn and got our lock replaced. A real fiasco, but Lauryn was willing to come back to our place right after the new lock was installed to take care of our cat and let me know he was okay. Thanks, Lauryn! We would definitely have you back again :)”

My passion for pets started very young, my first job was dog sitting for neighbors starting at the age of 15. Since then I have built my resume, I have done everything in pet care from working in local pet stores to doggy daycares. Now-a-days I am a professional dog trainer with a focus on dog behavior and psychology. I have over 5 years experience teaching my own training classes such as puppy classes, basic obedience and reactivity. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I know how to care for and love them. I love cats too and have watched them and taken care of them when I was working at PAWS Chicago. I just graduated from the University of Illinois, and I have tons of free time to watch and take care of your cats and/or dogs! I will make sure they do not run away, keep them fed and hydrated, play with them, and make sure they stay safe and healthy.

“Alyssa was absolutely a God send. She was incredible with our two kitties that we never left before. She was very thorough and detail oriented. Also she sent regular pictures and videos and messages. Anytime I reached out to her she was very quick to respond. She was the only person that our kitties actually went up to the first time they met her. They are always reserved and shy and actually run and hide from any visitors...even my parents that have been here several times took them several visits to get used to. Animals can sense a good hearted, caring person when they meet one. We will absolutely be using Alyssa on a regular basis. I know it can't be easy to trust someone you don't know staying at your house for several days but as soon as I met Alyssa, I was instantly comfortable and trusting of her.
