I love animals of all kinds. Your pet will be treated like one of the family! I have a 14 yr old Husky and a 1 year old Chow Chow that love other dogs but if yours is a little shy that's ok. I have a whole upstairs my guys can go hang out in when they need a break. If your pet prefers no contact at all with other animals, mine have no problem staying upstairs watching tv with my husband. We have a great yard and are very close to a few trails. I have a pair of Parrotlets and a Parakeet that live on top of the fridge so they are safe up high! I have experience with large birds as well. I had a fun Cockatoo that passed away a few years ago. I never want to live with one again, those guys are too noisy for me! I worked at a pet store for 5 years and cared for many different exotic pets. I have quite a few beehives and could spend hours talking about how important they are to our world.
