About: I’ve had the pleasure of being a caretaker for pets in my home since I was a little girl. I’ve had multiple dogs and cats, and I’ve also worked at a pet store with multiple different furry friends! I love animals of all shapes, sizes and background and I love helping them live their best lives! I am currently working full-time, but I am available to look after and play with your fur babies on Mondays and Tuesdays, anytime from 11am-10pm. I pride myself on being attentive and providing a safe space for fur babies to live their best lives, whether that is in or outside of my home. I have pet toys at home and ones that I can bring to provide joy and enrichment. I also have special gates for the pups and kitties to prevent any unwanted behaviors or accidents; these gates can also be used to create safe, supervised spaces. I also have 3 pets of my own, two dogs and one cat who can expose pets to supervised playtime and socialization. I also prioritize exercise inside and outside!

15. Chris R.
About: Thinks for thanking of me! 👋 My name is Chris - I'm a lifelong tech industry worker that's currently learning to become a software engineer. Thankfully while I learn to code and work on projects, my schedule is pretty flexible which means I can care for your pet in whichever way is needed. I've been a pet owner since I was a kid, but most recently owning a large Dog™ brand dog (aka she's a mix of who knows what) for the past few years. I do project-based work, so my hours are my own. Because of this I've got plenty of time to focus on your pet. My schedule will always be up to date if there are any conflicts, but generally I can work around your schedule. In all cases, instructions are key - as someone who has cared for other pets and has asked people to sit for Ellie, I know this is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. If you do not give me thorough instructions, please do not be offended if I pepper you with a barrage of follow ups: I want to make sure all the bases are covered and I can recreate your pets routine as closely as possible! With me, the name of the game is consistency for your pet - they should feel no difference between when you're at home vs. when they are with me.
