About: I have had my dog now for almost 10 years. I used to care for my dog as well as a roommates dog at one point. I can give medications and can provide First Aid/Heimlich if needed. Strong enough to hold back and tame my 60 pound Boxer mix. I’ve also helped care/walk my sisters Great Dane and my friends smaller dogs for 7 years or so. I love animals and if you have other little friends who need care, just let me know what to do and I’ll do it. I work night shift as an ICU Nurse so I’m home all day. I can pop in and check on your babies any time during the day. I would need to know in advance only cause I do eventually sleep during the day. I’m aware you are trusting me with one of the most important members of your family, I’ll be happy to leave a photo and an update of any changes , good or bad, so you can enjoy some peace of mind that everything is alright.

About: I know its hard to trust someone with your best fur pal. After all, pets are far more than just a roommate that doesnt pay rent; they truly become family. With that being said, I make a strong effort to continually keep pet parents updated on their beloved baby. I maintain constant communication and will always ask "silly" questions before making any kind of decisions regarding the pets in my care. Im very aware that pet parents are giving me the ultimate privilege of caring for their pets and I intend to uphold such privilege 🙏🐾. My active lifestyle allows me to provide stimulating + fun exercises & activities for doggies of all kind. I hope to meet you + your fur pal very soon, say WOOF! 🐾 I am a full time rover sitter, and I maintain an active lifestyle. I love being outdoors and taking walks at Montrose Dog beach in Chicago. Dogs parks are also a common place we like to visit Feed all dogs separately if multiple dogs are in my home. Access to water 24/7, I have multiple water bowls around my apartment. 1 cage in case someone needs private time. Trips to the dog park under owner's consent.

About: I am caring and patient, and will provide plenty of walks and playtime for your dog. I have raised two dogs to a healthy old age, as well as having provided short-term care for dogs of friends and family. I require a meet and greet for new clients before booking. I may also request a short trial visit (ie 2 hours) for new client boarding. My schedule is flexible so I can accommodate your pet's needs and provide them plenty of attention and care. I love all types of pet personalities! My home has lots of windows for your dog to sit and look outside, a nice neighborhood for walks and a big unfenced yard. I also have an open-door crate if your dog likes that sort of space. Your dog will always be leashed when outside.

About: I had a senior dog for over 15 years that I took care of! Also fully trained her and loved her. Additionally, I have worked at a barn with horses, cats, and dogs that I have taken care of. :) I am a college student but I am free all days besides Tuesdays and Wednesdays! I can make those days work after 5 pm. Weekends I can do any hours as well for any service. I have a fenced yard and no other pets at my house at the time. I have water bowls and feeders. I also will walk your dog for as long or little as needed because I love walks and runs myself!

About: Hi! I'm looking for new wonderful pets to walk and take care of! I have taken in four rescues, all with different special physical and behavioral needs. I currently have two Pitbull mixes, one Lab mix, and a multiple tropical aquariums! Caring for animals has been a passion of mine since I was young. A favorite activity of mine is taking my dogs to local forest preserves where they can play and exert their energy. I can administer eye drops, pills, and ointments to pets as my own have different medications that they need on a regular basis. I have also taken classes in care for companion animals. Special needs animals have a forever place in my heart because I believe that every pup or cat deserves to enjoy life to the fullest! Whether that is hiking at a trail, swimming in a lake, or curling up on the couch- I'd love to help them do that! Currently very open for scheduling. Stays for over a week will have to be discussed as I do have to ensure time to take care of my own animals. I do not host animals in my own home, but I am adaptable to a variety of routines and activities you and your pet would enjoy.

About: I have two cats and have taken care of numerous friends’ dogs while on vacations. I routinely feed and clean up after my cats. I genuinely enjoy walking and caring for friends’ dogs. About: I have over 13 years experience doing vet assistant and vet technician tasks and skills as a volunteer at The Animal Welfare League in Chicago Ridge, IL. I have been employed as part of the membership and philanthropic department at Lincoln Park Zoo from which I learned a great deal, stemming from my biology classes on taxonomy to zoology, to specific animal facts and conservation of threatened animals. I therefore know a great deal of educational background on animal behavior. I studied psychology and comparitive human psychology/animal behavior with a bachelors in science from IIT. I have grown up with dogs, cats, and ferrets. At Southwest Animal Care Center, I bathed, fed, walked, medicated, and cared for boarding and patient animals. I graduated with my veterinary assistant certificate in 2018. After graduating from IIT, I became a kennel attendant and learned a great deal about how to care for animals. Pet care is a daily task for me as I take care for two little fuzzbutt ferrets, Icarus and Agatha. Icarus often wakes me up with his bushy tailed excitement. I'm lucky to have such wonderful critters in my life. Right now, I am only offering dog walking and off-site at client's home services. From what I've read from the anthropologist book "Inside of a Dog" by Alexandra Horowitz, animals, especially dogs, crave human attention so being attentive to an animal's needs is to me, what's most important. This includes communicating with animals to know when they need a bathroom break, when they want play, when they want affection and cuddles, when they want nappy time, being fed according to what their schedule is, and of course, offering healthy treats (if allowed) and new novel smells, toys, etc. I can manage 4-5 walks per day with one or multiple dogs at a time 5-6 days a week. This is my main job and I'm dedicated to providing top care as if they are my own. I take extra care to be a courteous and contentious guest in the owner's home. I treat my stay with respect and humbly care. You can trust me to provide excellent care and keep everything tidy and clean.
