12. Ethel B.

About: I have worked with animals for the past 5 years in various settings. I have worked as a dog walker, dog handler, and recently got certified as a groomer. I have also been doing Rover since 2017 and I have loved every minute of it. I truly enjoy caring for all my furry friends and giving them the best experience possible is my number 1 priority! Back when I was a teenager in high school I also volunteered at the Brighton Park animal hospital where I learned various skills such as administering certain medications and vaccines. I also worked at a doggy daycare for 4 years where i would administer medications, feed, bathe, cuddle and much more. I absolutely love what I do when it comes to furry friends :) I've been very successful on Rover that I have decided to quit my doggy daycare job and have taken on being a Rover pet sitter full time! I recently made this decision and it's worked out for the best! Now i get to stay home full time with all the puppers! I live near a beautiful park with pathways for walking. I have a family pup who absolutely loves other dogs and he comes over frequently so your pup will have a friend if I have to step out and run errands. I also have a medium/large crate in case your pup needs time to calm down or simply just wants private time.I take frequent trips to the dog park and maintain an active lifestyle according to your dogs physical needs. Pet care is my life! Recently made the decision to be a full time pet sitter on Rover so my schedule is pretty open and flexible :) Feed all dogs separately if multiple dogs are in my home. Access to water 24/7, I have multiple water bowls around my apartment. 1 cage in case someone needs private time. Trips to the dog park under owner's consent.

About: I’ve had a dog in our lives for the past 12 years who passed away a couple months ago. We rescued 3 kittens in 2021. Jack is our oldest cat and he is quite a character. Luz is our middle cat and she is the sweetest little thing to look at/she loves to talk. Baby is our not so little baby and is such a friendly loving cat. I’m currently working 80% remote from home during the week and available on the weekends. Having my cats at home have kept me company and make the day go by faster. My cats have free range of our home and no restrictions. They have their favorite spots to nap during the day which is our bathroom, under my teenagers beds and on my bed while I work. We have snack and play time but mostly love to lounge during the day. We’re looking to add some additional character in our environment. Our home will be your pets second home.

14. Myriah D.
“Myriah would be a great person for taking care of pets. She comes over my house and take care of my dog when I am not able to at the particular time. She has a pet of her own.”

15. Melanie D.

“Melanie is great! Very professional and always keeps me informed of when she arrives, and of their walk. My dog always looks forward to her arrival and walk :) i would recommend her to anyone.”

16. Melissa P.
About: Pets have been a huge part of my life since I was 6 years old. To me a home was not a home without a dog and I still feel this way. I have "fur-children" of my own. I have a 12 year old Yellow Lab and a 3 year old American Eskimo. I have taken care of pets for friends and family while they were away on vacations. I have a passion for working with animals. I use to volunteer at an Animal Shelter when I was younger. I am familiar with most breeds of dogs and have no fear...big or small I love them all! I have experience with taking care of cats as well, but mostly dogs. Patience, kindness, great communication, attention to detail, and flexibility in schedule are all important qualities I feel make a great fit for a pet sitter. I would be honored to spread my love for animals and help take care of yours! I will have open availability come June 1st. My Summer is pretty open seeing I am on Summer Break from work. I will update availability week to week. Caring for a clients dog would depend on what the owner would like. Walks, playing in the yard, playing with toys or just showing affection towards their animal area things I have done.

17. Katie C.
About: My family has owned dogs for 30 plus years. We love animals and believe they are family. I am kind, caring, and love to play with animals. I would love to help you out. Hello. I am available for walks mondays and Friday’s afternoons. Weekends are steadily almost always available to dog sit. My child goes to her fathers every other weekend and I have alot of available time. Please reach out with your doggy needs! I will only be able to dog sit big dogs at owners home. Walking, feeding and making sure dog is happily taken care of. I could take small dogs in my own if needed on weekends.

18. Olivia D.
About: I had a small dog when I was a kid, but more recently I’ve been dog sitting and training my friends and families dogs. I finished college and currently working towards my career so I don’t have enough time for a pet of my own but would want to share my love for pets with my community! I’m currently working part-time so I’d be able to play/walk your pups any weekday after 3! Weekends are more flexible depending on what you need. I have a fenced in yard at my home for your pets! Big enough to run around but always within eyesight. I do know how to easily crate dogs if needed!

19. Brianna M.
“Brianna is a fabulous dog sitter. Whenever I leave my sweet little yorkie with her, I have complete peace of mind knowing my dog will be treated like family. She goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!”

20. Amy M.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and I know how to care for and love them. I love cats too and have watched them and taken care of them when I was working at PAWS Chicago. I just graduated from the University of Illinois, and I have tons of free time to watch and take care of your cats and/or dogs! I will make sure they do not run away, keep them fed and hydrated, play with them, and make sure they stay safe and healthy.
