“Yat (Agnes) did a fantastic job looking after my senior cat while I was away. We met prior to the sitting visits. She made sure she had a clear understanding of everything she would need to do for my cat. Followed instructions perfectly, was consistently on time, and sent me plenty of pictures each time she visited. When we returned my cat was calm and relaxed. I will definitely book with her again.”

“I will never go to another sitter, ever! She takes care of my cat who is an absolute terror to people, and Ethel is bery kind to her. She goes above and beyond every time I have her!”

“I was able to find Jennifer quickly on the Rover app. I chose her by her profile and her close proximity to where I live. She responded very quickly to our request thru the app. She came for a short visit so we and our doberman could meet her. I wanted her also to feel comfortable with our large dog. We needed someone to come a couple of days around midday to fed, potty, walk and play our very active 8 month old 60 lb dog. We had her come for an hour each day. It was also the first time we were leaving her all day. Jennifer did exactly what was asked and says she looks forward to helping us out again. I know we will use her in the future.”

About: I've owned and cared for all kinds of animals my whole life. Professionally, I have experience working as a dog handler, kennel attendant, dog bather, and groomer. I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted. I also have pet care insurance with animal baliee coverage in case of emergencies. I always care for every animal as if they are my own and I understand how important it is for them to feel comfortable and loved. I work part-time on the night shift, so I'm usually out of the house between 9:30pm and 2am Monday through Friday. Outside of that- my schedule is flexible. I am available on most weekends and holidays. I only book one client at a time for pet sits and boarding, so your pet(s) will have my full attention. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a huge, unfenced yard. I own a variety of animal care supplies and equipment.
About: I have skills in providing medicine to pets. Paw balm, flea medicine, and cleaning eyes. Care after surgery keep cone on head and watch him. I have an open schedule Monday to Sunday you have reach with me before booking. Some days i can busy . Let me know what day time and I come to your house . I can only care for pets at their own home. I have my own 2 cats at home. I can take only cats to my home.

“Ann is so wonderful with my pets. She has cared for my dog and cats on several different occasions. Each time, she fills all requests, even delivering meds as needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Ann, and look forward to working with her again soon. She is simply the best!!”

About: I’m a pet lover excited to offer caring, reliable pet sitting and walking services. I bring tons of energy, love, and attention to every pet I meet. Your pet’s happiness and comfort are my top priority. I’m currently a part-time caregiver who loves spending time with pets ☺️ I currently do not have pets at home so spending time with yours is the highlight of my day. I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own and your pet like family. I’ll follow your routines closely, keep you updated, and make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved.
“Caraline is amazing, we were so happy with how she took care of my two cats and are so excited to have her watch them again later this month. She is so patient, always sends photos and updates, follows every care instruction and brings so much peace of mind while traveling or being anxiously away from your pets. Her calm energy and love for animals has even made my extremely timid cat open up and initiate contact and play with her. She left areas cleaner than they were found and was eager to help outside of what was initially asked, including cleaning up cat litter/waste my cats dragged outside of their litter boxes without asking. I definitely recommend her and will be using her as a regular cat sitter!”

“Kathryn was great to work with. Very responsive and super considerate. She even shoveled and salted our side walk, which was above and beyond. Will definitely be rebooking!”

About: I have grown up around dogs since I was born. I have always loved caring for and interacting with dogs. I do not have my own dog currently, but would love to help care for others! I am currently substitute teaching at an elementary school, so there may be weekdays I am unavailable. I am currently not working full time, so I will be available to walk your dog(s) throughout the week! I am open to walking as far as needed for your pup. I have experience safely walking more energized dogs, so your dog will be in good hands! I have also walked up to 3 dogs at a time (various sizes) if you have more than one that needs to be walked a time.
“Patrick was wonderful! He kept me up to date with Dunkin and Dunkin enjoyed having him pop in and check on him. I would highly recommend Patrick and can’t wait to book him again.”

“Wow! Amanda took such great care with our mature dog. I was apprehensive (no terrified) to have anyone take care of him but we were stuck and she saved the day!!! She was a great communicator, made sure to give him his meds and even gave him a little walk. Amazing!”

“We booked with Estefanía for her to visit our dog three times a day during our week-long trip. She was always super professional- quick responses when I texted her any last-minute requests or instructions. She also brought in our trash bins and kept our plants alive:) Bruno was happy when we got home, but definitely no stress when we were away!”

About: 𐂯 Meet & Greets ฅ ฅ Detailed updates with photos/videos ᵔᴥᵔ Puppies, senior pets, anxious dogs & medications I've had pets my entire life and currently have two huskies who are a big part of my life. I've also cared for pets for family, friends, and neighbors, and I've volunteered at animal shelters, where I spent time with dogs of different ages, temperaments, and backgrounds. I know how stressful it can be to find someone you feel comfortable leaving your pet with. I’ll make each experience as easy and reassuring as possible. My goal is to eventually work with animals full-time, and Rover gives me the opportunity to do more of what I love while helping people in my community. I enjoy figuring out what makes each pet feel comfortable and loved! Adjusting to them instead of expecting them to adjust to me. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playing outside, sticking to their usual routine, or simply having someone nearby, I'm happy to adapt to what makes them most comfortable and gives you peace of mind. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Willow Springs. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
