About: I've grown up with dogs all of my life. From puppies to seniors, small and big, I've taken care of them all. I've taken care of my dogs after surgeries and kept them comfortable and assisted them getting around safely. I have completed dog training classes with dogs and have taught them tricks! I also have extensive experience working and caring for cats, horses, and various small animals. My +3 years working at a dog daycare facility had me safely handling a pack of up to 25 dogs; providing exercise & engagement, soft corrections, and positive reinforcement. To do so, it was necessary to be observant and in tune with the dog's behavior and always on the lookout for any signs of stress or aggression. As a bather and groomer, I was focused on hygiene but a large aspect of the job relied on my knowledge of dog behavior and training techniques. I've owned cats my entire life and have worked with a TNR rescue the past few years getting pregnant females and unneutered male cats fixed and adopted.
