“I recently left my dog Chloe in the care of Sarai M., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sarai did a wonderful job making sure Chloe was walked, fed, and comfortable the entire time. The best way I can tell when Chloe is truly happy and cared for is by how she greets me when I pick her up. At places she doesn’t enjoy, she jumps all over me as if begging to leave. But with Sarai, Chloe was calm and relaxed, not anxious to go. It’s the same way she reacts with the groomer and veterinarian she loves she’s content when I drop her off and not desperate to cling to me. That tells me everything I need to know: Chloe felt safe, loved, and well taken care of. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind Sarai gave me and will definitely be bringing Chloe back. “Barbara was awesome! Unfortunately I booked with a different sitter who subsequently stated she could not watch my dog (Bailey) less than 24 hours after I dropped her off. The sitter stated Bailey was barking frantically and subsequently cancelled shortly before I was supposed to board my international flight with my family early the following morning. For Bailey to be barking frantically is unlike Bailey. Rover subsequently reached out to several sitters on my behalf while I was on my flight and described Bailey as having “separation anxiety” because of what the other sitter stated and “needing plenty of attention and play time”. Unlike to how Bailey was described, Bailey doesn’t bark much and has a calm temperament. My whole flight my family and I were wondering what would happen with Bailey in reference to how she was being described and if she’d be in good hands. Barbara fortunately volunteered for the job and her and I texted briefly while still on my flight because she wanted to know more about Bailey. I advised her that the manner in which the other sitter was describing Bailey was out of character. Barbara subsequently volunteered to pickup Bailey from the other sitter. Once Barbara was with Bailey she sent me a picture and reassured me Bailey was in good hands. Barbara would routinely send me pictures on updates of Bailey throughout the days we were gone. Additionally, Barbara gave Bailey her medicine twice daily for her ear infection. Barbara was great and I would recommend her services.”

But Tanisha made the experience wonderful with frequent updates, and we could tell our pup was having a great time. Zuri is a sweetheart and it looked like they enjoyed playing together. When Poopy and I arrived she greeted us and answered all my questions. Poppy happily walked in her house with Susseth without a care in the world. Susseth took good care of Poppy, keep her happily fed and had her meet her two dogs and the other day care dogs. Susseth keep us updated on how Poppy was doing and sent over some pictures. We will be sure to use her service again.
This is my 7 year old, Shih Tzu’s 3rd time with Sarai & she loves it over there. She’s always ready & available with a positive, welcoming attitude to Jazz & helps her feel comfortable Sarai’s communication/updates can sometime be a little off, but she eventually gets back to me in 24 hours or less. Jazz always comes back happy & healthy.
