This is my 7 year old, Shih Tzu’s 3rd time with Sarai & she loves it over there. She’s always ready & available with a positive, welcoming attitude to Jazz & helps her feel comfortable Sarai’s communication/updates can sometime be a little off, but she eventually gets back to me in 24 hours or less. Jazz always comes back happy & healthy.

She was amazing! This was our first time using rover and we will be returning customers. She was very welcoming and sen photos each day with updates. Shadow loved her. Thank you so much again.

She took amazing care of my dog, better than anyone else I’ve had before. Truly the best sitter I’ve ever worked with—thank you so much for everything!

I recently left my dog Chloe in the care of Sarai M., and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sarai did a wonderful job making sure Chloe was walked, fed, and comfortable the entire time. The best way I can tell when Chloe is truly happy and cared for is by how she greets me when I pick her up. At places she doesn’t enjoy, she jumps all over me as if begging to leave. But with Sarai, Chloe was calm and relaxed, not anxious to go. It’s the same way she reacts with the groomer and veterinarian she loves she’s content when I drop her off and not desperate to cling to me. That tells me everything I need to know: Chloe felt safe, loved, and well taken care of. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind Sarai gave me and will definitely be bringing Chloe back. Highly recommend her!

Sarai was by far the worse experience I've ever encountered. The communication was absolutely terrible. On the first night she stated she would have to havd our dog sleep outside because she didn't want to sleep in the bed. We knew this not to be true as our dog only sleeps in the bed. We understand everyone doesn't allow dogs in the bed so we only ask that our dog sleeps on a pillow and/or a cushioned area. We asked that she is not left outside unattended as she can jump the fence and she's not a outside dog. Due to Sarai sending us this message we contacted Sarai via Rover and video with no response. We asked for a photo and did not receive a photo that night until late after 11pm. From that night until we pick up our dog Sarai did not communicate with us as she said she would. She complained about how many dogs she had and that she couldn't send photos and videos when we requested them. Each time we called she didn't answer. My wife and I was out of town and was due back Monday however due to the lack of communication and disrespect from Sarai - we had to fly back early to pick up our dog. Once we arrived at Sarai home she did not want to give us our dog back so we contacted Justice, Il police to have our dog given to us. We paid for Thursday thru Monday evening however we were finally able to get our dog back on Sunday. We did receive a couple photos when we would ask but this was like pulling teeth as each time Sarai had a terrible attitude. We were terrified that Sarai may hurt our dog so we reported her to Rover and the police. We were able to get our dog back as she's not the same at all. DO NOT GO TO SARAI AND LEAVE YOUR PETS. SOME OF THE REVIEWS YOU ARE READING UNDER SARAI NAME IS FRAUD. BE AWARE!!! FOR ANYONE THAT DOESN'T BELIEVE ME I HAVE PROOF OF SCREENSHOTS ETC.

Caramel 🐶 really enjoyed her stay! She was happy, felt calm and comfortable. When we picked her up, she looked content, well cared for, and even smelled amazing 😊 It’s clear that she was looked after with love and attention. Thank you for the warm welcome and care!
