“Our boy with separation anxiety came back from Kayla’s in much better shape than when he is boarded(not that they do anything wrong). Kayla responds quickly to any questions we have, and always keeps us updated with pictures! We would definitely be happy to send our guy to Kayla again.”

“Thank you so much for taking care of my Lulu, especially under the heartbreaking circumstances. You were very caring and compassionate. We really appreciated that. Thank you for sending us daily updates of our fur baby and for responding quickly when we had to modify our booking due to the passing of our other loving fur baby. Thaaaank you Susseth!”

“Sarai was awesome. Even though our conversations were short due to a language barrier, she took care of Aly like she was one of her own. She allowed her to burrow on her sofa and even sleep on her bed. Aly had play time with other dogs and she had fun romping around in a huge fenced in yard. Sarai also updated daily with photos and videos. I will be booking her again for two weeks.”

“This is Manuel’s 2nd time watching my kitty Luna and he was just as awesome as the first time! He sent me a ton of photos, was very flexible with pick up and drop off times and overall very communicative.”

“Absolutely Wonderful ❣️ Mercedes & her family welcomed my SaxyPoo into their home 🏡 with big hugged & sloppy kisses👄. They kept him active with plenty of walks & play. Mercedes kept me abreast of my baby with a collage of pictures & messages. She is very organized & intentional about the care for each pet while demonstrating her knowledge of the family with homemade treats.”

“Barbara is amazing! She came through last minute for Molly! We did a meet and greet Molly liked her instantly. She sends lots of pictures. We even did a second visit. I feel like its a treat for Molly too! She walked in last visit like it was her home. I highly recommend Barbara. She loves animals and you can tell.”

“I want to say thank you Tanisha. You have watched over my baby Bruno like he was your own & helped me and Cavin out so much. You kept sending me updates and I’m so glad you got to see Bruno for how gentle he really is. Bruno will be back with you anytime you are available . Thank you thank you thank you . 10stars in my book .”

“Nemo took to Kathleen right away. She kept him busy with walking and playing with her children. She is a dog lover! He is as in good hands. Sent several pics too. Would definitely ask her to sit again.”

“Cary is amazing. I was updated daily with pictures and my dogs look so happy ! I was a nervous wreck leaving them because this is the first time I’ve boarded them. But that fear is gone and I will definitely be booking again during my next getaway.”

“My dog loves Ethel. She stayed in Ethel’s care for a week and came home like she’s not been away. It’s incredible. Ethel sends pictures of her walks and took her to the dog park. So happy with her services.”

“Janet is an excellent caregiver and did a wonderful job with our little Einstein! We have previously boarded him at kennels, and upon pickup he was usually a nervous wreck. We decided to give Rover a try, and I am so glad we did! Janet kept in touch with us and gave us updates throughout our trip, and I can tell she really cared for him like one of her own. He was happy as a clam at pickup, no timidness or just seeming exhausted. I would highly recommend her and would definitely have our boy stay with her again on future trips!”

“Shayna was excellent! We were very nervous leaving our overly anxious labradoodle for a few days and Shayna put all of those nerves to rest. She is clearly a professional. Thank you so much for everything Shayna!”

“I can't say enough good things about Barb. They treated Sugar like their own. Sent us pictures and updates while we were out of town. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing Sugar was so happy. I would give her 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Mike and Joanna came through in a pinch for us when our accommodations changed unexpectedly while traveling. Our dogs stayed with them for two nights and Joanna sent photos and updates every day. It was pretty much a spa vacation for them, with a pool and a ball pit and new dig friends, and couch snuggles at night. We know where our dogs will be staying from day one if we are ever back in Chicago!”

“Angelina went above and beyond caring for our Butterscotch. Excellent communication and multiple pictures sent every day. She even noticed his itchy skin issue and offered to recommend homeopathic remedies. Will definitely be booking with her again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bridgeview
This was our first time using Rover, so Susseth was out first pet sitter. She was great in communicating how her the arrangement works. When Poopy and I arrived she greeted us and answered all my questions. Poppy happily walked in her house with Susseth without a care in the world. Susseth took good care of Poppy, keep her happily fed and had her meet her two dogs and the other day care dogs. Susseth keep us updated on how Poppy was doing and sent over some pictures. We will be sure to use her service again.

Athena is BEYOND WONDERFUL. I was driving into Chicago from out of town, only about 90 minutes away from dropping my pups off with their original sitter when he had to cancel. Immediately, I went into solution mode, scrambling to find someone to care for my three babies. Athena responded promptly and swooped in to help on extremely short notice. Athena was trustworthy, sent lots of photo updates, and my pups took to her right away. They clearly enjoyed exploring her fenced backyard and seemed completely comfortable in her care. When I picked them up, we talked for quite a while, and I was so grateful that she answered the call when I needed help. She is truly a kind soul with a sweet spirit, and I genuinely feel like God placed her on our path. She is so loving and treats my babies like they are on vacation; I call her home Disney World! 🤣

Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!

This is my 7 year old, Shih Tzu’s 3rd time with Sarai & she loves it over there. She’s always ready & available with a positive, welcoming attitude to Jazz & helps her feel comfortable Sarai’s communication/updates can sometime be a little off, but she eventually gets back to me in 24 hours or less. Jazz always comes back happy & healthy.
