“We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mercedes! This was our second time booking with her, and after our first experience, my mom even felt comfortable sending her puppy this time too. From the moment our dogs arrive, it’s obvious they are treated like part of the family. She takes them on plenty of walks, sends lots of pictures and updates, and truly gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. Her whole family clearly loves having the dogs around, and it shows in the care and attention they receive. When we picked up our dog, she had even given her a bath, so she came home looking extra clean and happy! As if that wasn’t enough, she sent us home with the sweetest care package, complete with an adorable picture of our dog on the front. She consistently goes above and beyond in every way. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy. We never have to worry about whether our dog is being well cared for because we know she is in the best hands. I needed somebody at the last minute, for a work trip, to watch my 16-year-old Bichon with many health issues and medications. She was also very quick to contact us on the first day when Bailey wasn't eating (but everything was fine, as this is how Bailey always is at a new place), and Bailey looked very happy in the photos and videos we got each day. Mercedes did an absolutely phenomenal job caring for my dog, Mugzy, during his first three-week stay with her. Mugzy can be incredibly nervous when separated from me, which made me highly anxious about leaving him with a sitter for the first time. Mercedes completely eased my worries with her warm, welcoming nature and exceptional organization.She gave Mugzy extra special attention, making him feel loved and completely at home. He had a wonderful time socializing with Mercedes and her children. Thanks to this experience, I feel entirely confident leaving him in her care for my upcoming travel.To top it all off, Mercedes baked delicious brownies for me, made special treats for Mugzy, and gave him a bath so he was fresh and clean at pickup. This is our first time using Rover and Kendra made us comfortable and was very accommodating! She even got toys for our boys. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Fetty can be very anxious and they can be reactive to dogs, she was patient and worked well with them. We will definitely be using her in the future ❤️

My 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, Bear, requires special attention with his medication, mobility, and feeding, and they cared for him with such compassion and dedication. They even built a ramp to make Bear more comfortable during his stay — that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to me. They also sent me daily photos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and well cared for Bear was. It is such a blessing to find people who treat your dog like family. I feel SO BLESSED to have found Matt & Leslie, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Five stars all the way!
Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!
Mark was great with answering my questions, and quick to respond to! Mark sent photos of how my dog was doing which I appreciated and made me feel like he was really being taken care of. He was great with my dog and I will not hesitate to ask Mark to watch him again.
