She was super accommodating around drop and pick up time to ensure he would have time to acclimate. After doing a meet and greet with Danielle I felt very comfortable with boarding my dog, Miller with her. I liked that she would provide a cageless and friendly environment for him. Danielle and her family were nice to Miller and enjoyed having him. She was good about following his daily routine and provided a picture to show he was doing fine. She also accommodated us by providing a leash and bags, as we forgot ours. I will definitely board Miller with Danielle again.

My 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, Bear, requires special attention with his medication, mobility, and feeding, and they cared for him with such compassion and dedication. They even built a ramp to make Bear more comfortable during his stay — that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to me. They also sent me daily photos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and well cared for Bear was. It is such a blessing to find people who treat your dog like family. I feel SO BLESSED to have found Matt & Leslie, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Five stars all the way!
Olivia kept my baby Leah for the weekend while I went out of town, and I was honestly nervous because anyone who knows me knows how I feel about my baby. But Olivia was amazing. She sent tons of pictures and updates the whole time, which really helped me relax. She even gave Leah extra treats and sent her home with some too. I ended up needing to extend my trip unexpectedly, and Olivia was super understanding and flexible about it. That meant a lot to me. Leah was clearly well taken care of and loved while she was there. Olivia will forever be my baby’s home whenever I’m away. I’m so grateful I found her!
