We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mercedes! This was our second time booking with her, and after our first experience, my mom even felt comfortable sending her puppy this time too. From the moment our dogs arrive, it’s obvious they are treated like part of the family. She takes them on plenty of walks, sends lots of pictures and updates, and truly gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. Her whole family clearly loves having the dogs around, and it shows in the care and attention they receive. When we picked up our dog, she had even given her a bath, so she came home looking extra clean and happy! As if that wasn’t enough, she sent us home with the sweetest care package, complete with an adorable picture of our dog on the front. She consistently goes above and beyond in every way. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy. We never have to worry about whether our dog is being well cared for because we know she is in the best hands. Absolutely by far the best dog sitter ever! Amy updates us everyday. She kept my dog busy and entertained with all sorts of toys on top of that go on walks with him. This is our first time using Rover and Kendra made us comfortable and was very accommodating! She even got toys for our boys. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Fetty can be very anxious and they can be reactive to dogs, she was patient and worked well with them. We will definitely be using her in the future ❤️
Donelle is the best! She loves dogs and has the perfect environment for them to thrive. Our two younger pups were with her for an extended period and loved it. She and her Son cared for them as their own. We received updates / pics frequently. They made new doggy friends and came home happy. What more can you ask for?
