Mark was great with answering my questions, and quick to respond to! Mark sent photos of how my dog was doing which I appreciated and made me feel like he was really being taken care of. He was great with my dog and I will not hesitate to ask Mark to watch him again.
Ella did a great job with Winston - a 20 week old puppy. It is not easy to take care of a teething, high-energy puppy. We did not know what to expect as this was the first time Winston was boarded with someone he didn't know for several days/nights. We received frequent updates with pictures. Winston enjoyed playing with her dog and fenced back yard. He didn't want to leave. We will definitely leverage her services in the future.
