We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mercedes! This was our second time booking with her, and after our first experience, my mom even felt comfortable sending her puppy this time too. From the moment our dogs arrive, it’s obvious they are treated like part of the family. She takes them on plenty of walks, sends lots of pictures and updates, and truly gives us complete peace of mind while we’re away. Her whole family clearly loves having the dogs around, and it shows in the care and attention they receive. When we picked up our dog, she had even given her a bath, so she came home looking extra clean and happy! As if that wasn’t enough, she sent us home with the sweetest care package, complete with an adorable picture of our dog on the front. She consistently goes above and beyond in every way. She is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and trustworthy. We never have to worry about whether our dog is being well cared for because we know she is in the best hands. We are so grateful to have found her and will absolutely continue booking with her in the future. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed! ❤️
Absolutely by far the best dog sitter ever! Amy updates us everyday. She kept my dog busy and entertained with all sorts of toys on top of that go on walks with him. My dog looked so happy and comfortable from all the pictures and videos she took of him! 120% going back to Amy when I need a dog sitter!
This was the first time we used Rover and we couldn't be happier. Matt was great with our 4 year old German Shepherd. He gave her plenty of attention and played ball with her. He sent me pictures and videos everyday. She stayed there for 7 nights and when we picked her up, she was excited to see us but was not trying to leave. She felt at home there and very well cared for. I am more than pleased.
This is our first time using Rover and Kendra made us comfortable and was very accommodating! She even got toys for our boys. She communicated well and sent lots of pictures. Fetty can be very anxious and they can be reactive to dogs, she was patient and worked well with them. We will definitely be using her in the future ❤️

My 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, Bear, requires special attention with his medication, mobility, and feeding, and they cared for him with such compassion and dedication. They even built a ramp to make Bear more comfortable during his stay — that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to me. They also sent me daily photos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and well cared for Bear was. It is such a blessing to find people who treat your dog like family. I feel SO BLESSED to have found Matt & Leslie, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Five stars all the way!
Mark was great with answering my questions, and quick to respond to! Mark sent photos of how my dog was doing which I appreciated and made me feel like he was really being taken care of. He was great with my dog and I will not hesitate to ask Mark to watch him again.
Ella did a great job with Winston - a 20 week old puppy. It is not easy to take care of a teething, high-energy puppy. We did not know what to expect as this was the first time Winston was boarded with someone he didn't know for several days/nights. We received frequent updates with pictures. Winston enjoyed playing with her dog and fenced back yard. He didn't want to leave. We will definitely leverage her services in the future.
