This was the first time we used Rover and we couldn't be happier. Matt was great with our 4 year old German Shepherd. He gave her plenty of attention and played ball with her. He sent me pictures and videos everyday. She stayed there for 7 nights and when we picked her up, she was excited to see us but was not trying to leave. My 15-year-old Australian Shepherd, Bear, requires special attention with his medication, mobility, and feeding, and they cared for him with such compassion and dedication. They even built a ramp to make Bear more comfortable during his stay — that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to me. They also sent me daily photos while I was away, which gave me so much peace of mind and let me see how happy and well cared for Bear was. It is such a blessing to find people who treat your dog like family. I feel SO BLESSED to have found Matt & Leslie, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Five stars all the way!
