“I give Iman 5 stars times 20. This is my first time using Rover and I selected Iman for home drop in visits for the week I was on work related travel. To say I was nervous is an understatement. However, from the time I met Iman I knew she was the right choice. I perceived her to be a gentle, compassionate and honest person. This was important to me considering the temperament of my fur babies. One is a rescue due to abuse and none have ever been border and I wanted them to stay in the comfort of their own home. “Mercedes and her family were the best caregivers I could have asked for! I had to leave my 9 week old puppy for 6 days and I felt so comfortable with the level of care she was provided. I got multiple daily updates and photos of my little Luna playing with Mercedes, her cute pup, and her children. They had all the toys, bedding, and comforts my puppy needed. I loved it and it made me feel very confident with my decision in booking, I was worried she would want to stay there forever. :-) Mercedes and her family were very kind, sweet, genuine people and I’m so grateful for them!
