About: I've had dogs in my home for 10+ years. I have been trusted to watch other people's 4 legged friends while on vacation. They are safe with me! I'm currently in the process of getting a job. I'll need to figure out my schedule so I can make time to walk the dogs. We have a fenced off area in our backyard. In the rest of the yard, I make sure dogs stay on their leashes. They are allowed to go wherever they want in my home with supervision.

About: I have been a dog lover for many years and had the privilege of taking care of a chihuahua and a pug throughout their lives. Being a pet owner taught me the importance of patience and paying attention to each dogs needs and personality. I’m currently working part-time, which gives me flexibility to provide care to your pup after work during the weekends. I’m completely available on wednesdays and weekends. Your pets safely and comfort are my top priorities. I have a calm, secure environment with a fenced yard for supervised outdoor time. I currently do not have any animals so your animals can enjoy an stress-free environment. As for in-home visits, I follow all instructions closely to maintain their routine and ensure they feel secure and cared for in their home.

About: I’ve always loved taking care of my furry and not so furry friends!! I grew up in a home full of dogs and a vast range of animals such as reptiles, amphibians, and other aquatic life etc. I’m currently working from home so my schedule is generally open as far as Monday-Friday. I’m available throughout the entire weekend as well. I like to keep the animals in my care on a schedule so they aren’t stressed, I prioritize (the animal’s) comfortability and structure because that’s just what makes sense. It’s my duty to ensure your furry friend can have fun AND be safe so please bombard me with any and all information!!!

About: I have 4 dogs that I’ve owned for 5 years now. I adopted two of them as puppies, so I potty trained them and taught them how to sit, lay down, walk off-leash, etc. I adopted my other two as adults, but I did train them how to walk off-leash as well. I care for them every single day, which includes feeding them on the same schedule every day, walking them, playing with them, bathing them when needed, taking them to the vet when needed, cleaning up after them to ensure a healthy and clean environment for them. I’m currently a college student who is out of school for the summer, so I am available 7 days a week at all hours of the day! In my client’s home, I will complete any task they ask of me in the way they ask to do it, as I completely understand that certain dogs need certain routines and strategies. I respect my client’s homes and the way they operate their home lives, and will do all I can to ensure their pets are happy and healthy.

About: The dog in my pictures was Winnie. She was my first dog and was a rescue from Tuscaloosa while I was finishing up my last year at The University of Alabama. Although she was more of a couch potato, she was a great learning experience for how to handle shelter dogs and dogs in general. We had another dog and a cat as well in the house with never any issues….even whenever Alabama lost believe it or not. I prefer the later afternoon and night shifts due to the fact I work in an office every day. Weekends and holidays I am free all day. I prefer to use the client's yard or take them to a park. My yard is only size appropriate for smaller dogs but still fenced in if your dog is not very active.

About: Hi! My name is James and I used to have a dog named Banks who I first adopted back in 2015. I took care of him for many years until we had to sadly put down. My girlfriend and I love to take care of dogs as she currently works at an animal hospital and she always tells me about her experiences there. I’ve taken care of animals ever since I was 10 and I am currently involved at 4 Paws for Ability where I volunteer with service dogs. I am a current college student so my schedule is very flexible during the summer and I can accommodate you and your pups needs! I’ve been handling dogs for years and currently walk and sit multiple dogs around my neighborhood. I love all furry friends and would love to be able to take care of yours! I’m currently working part time, but I have a very flexible schedule. I am free all day on weekends and would love to spend my time with your pups! I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of grass and a deck. With new clients, I like to schedule a meet and greet to go over all the details of the booking and any other important details.

About: I have had and been around dogs since I was a child. Dogs seem to come to me naturally; without fear or hesitation. I honestly believe this is because I approach them with ease and am not forceful. It seemed like a natural step for me to join the Rover community. Ive also been a dog owner and currently have Jazzy who is my beloved Boston Terrier Mix with a big personality and sweet nature. Jazzy and I chose each other and its been an adventure ever since day one! she loves everyone but at times can be a little bossy. I'm well aware of who runs the household! I pride myself on ensuring that Jazzy stays healthy by giving her quality food and treats, Along with that she enjoys her fenced in yard and takes daily walks. We have lots of playtime and cuddles. I'll treat your dog as I would my own. That is my motto as I don't want you to worry or be concerned when you are away from your precious fur baby. I can't replace you, or would never try but rest assured your pet will receive all my tender loving care. I have had the opportunity to care for some dogs on Rover who have become regular clients. The owners have told me that they reach out to me first and hope that I am available. That is a huge compliment and I'm honored that I made such an impact on their four legged friend. All the pets I have met have their own unique personality and what I do as a sitter is simply take them for who they are which includes any little quirks. Canine or human, we all possess them. I have also pet sit for family and friends I only work at night a couple days a week so I home a majority of the the and can provide your pet with constant care I have a house with a yard but there is no fence so dog would be on a leash outside.
