Pets are always safely leashed for neighborhood walks. Also, your dogs will have access to my entire home, including a fully finished basement which provides plenty of extra space and new scenery. If I am visiting the pet-owners home, I promise to treat your home with the utmost respect. I will double-check that all doors are securely locked every time I exit your property and all other guidelines given are followed. I always provide regular photo, video, and text updates throughout the day, so you always know exactly how your baby is doing. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
