About: The dog in my pictures was Winnie. She was my first dog and was a rescue from Tuscaloosa while I was finishing up my last year at The University of Alabama. Although she was more of a couch potato, she was a great learning experience for how to handle shelter dogs and dogs in general. We had another dog and a cat as well in the house with never any issues….even whenever Alabama lost believe it or not. I prefer the later afternoon and night shifts due to the fact I work in an office every day. Weekends and holidays I am free all day. I prefer to use the client's yard or take them to a park. My yard is only size appropriate for smaller dogs but still fenced in if your dog is not very active.

About: For years, I've been a devoted pet parent, welcoming everything from kittens and puppies to their adult counterparts. My journey took a deep turn when I became the primary caregiver for my senior dog, who battled three different medical conditions. Every day, I managed a complex schedule of 5–7 medications. Thanks to this dedication, she defied the odds, living a happy, long life until she was 16. She was my best friend, and the many years we spent navigating her health together remains one of my most cherished experiences. I'm currently not working and available 7am-7pm weekdays and weekends.I do take care of our own pets at home along with my parents.So If you need me longer I can make it work for you. I am currently feeding our one dog and three cats multiple times a day and all are also cared for and loved by my parents and aunt.

About: I have been watching dogs for a while. Watched 4 dogs at once. If you need me to stay overnight i will for the dogs When i had my dog we took care of her. Walks grooming. Let her be by my side when bedtimes comes around. Miss watching pets Prefer their house. So the pet feels more at home instead of not knowing the surrounding. About: I love dogs. I have had one Doberman, one mutt who was the best, and two English Mastiffs. I had a dog everyday of my life until five years ago when my 200 pound English Mastiff named Max died. It broke my heart and hasn't felt right to replace him. But I love dogs and cherish watching the relationship people have with their dogs. I say hi to every pooch on the street that I pass. About: I take care of all animals in my care, mine or not. I never yell and I don't abuse any animal. I treat them as my own and I make sure that their tail wags every time that they see me. I work as a full time dog groomer and now that Rover has that service, I would like to build my own clientele. Megan was wonderful dealing with my 3 cats with VERY different personalities. She wven thought to move a food dish under a table where the shy old cat was hiding. It is such a relief to know that there is acaring person to take care of my cats when I travel.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
