About: As a lifelong animal lover with years of experience in pet care, I understand that every pet has their own unique needs. I pride myself on having a strong sense of animal behavior and adjusting care accordingly to each individual pet’s temperament. I have a great deal of experience with senior pets and/or pets with a strict medication regimen. I understand that these animals often need additional patience and compassion and I am always striving to reliably provide such care. This includes administering edible, topical, and injectable medications. I was a mess and she talked me through all the changes and what she thought was best for my animals. She was very professional when she met them and when we walked them. She came at all of her scheduled visits and spent time with them even sending me photos to keep me calm. Most importantly, the last photo she sent me of my little, old lady, I could tell that Leela was sad to see her new friend go. About: I have had and been around dogs since I was a child. Dogs seem to come to me naturally; without fear or hesitation. I honestly believe this is because I approach them with ease and am not forceful. It seemed like a natural step for me to join the Rover community. Ive also been a dog owner and currently have Jazzy who is my beloved Boston Terrier Mix with a big personality and sweet nature. Jazzy and I chose each other and its been an adventure ever since day one! she loves everyone but at times can be a little bossy. I'm well aware of who runs the household! I pride myself on ensuring that Jazzy stays healthy by giving her quality food and treats, Along with that she enjoys her fenced in yard and takes daily walks. We have lots of playtime and cuddles. I'll treat your dog as I would my own. That is my motto as I don't want you to worry or be concerned when you are away from your precious fur baby. About: I grew up in a home where we treat our dogs as family. I've cared for 4 dogs separately in my life time, 3 of which were via my parents home and one of which on my own in my first apartment in Chicago IL. Dogs almost never miss a beat with approaching you with so much love & joy when you come home and so I feel I should only do the same with how I care for them; i.e making sure their dishes are clean that they receive enough walks & play time for the day, that they also receive treats not just for good behavior but just because they're wonderful. Thankfully, fate brought my quirky calico feline, Pia; a cat who magically gets along & plays with other cats & dogs.
