This includes communicating with animals to know when they need a bathroom break, when they want play, when they want affection and cuddles, when they want nappy time, being fed according to what their schedule is, and of course, offering healthy treats (if allowed) and new novel smells, toys, etc. I can manage 4-5 walks per day with one or multiple dogs at a time 5-6 days a week. This is my main job and I'm dedicated to providing top care as if they are my own. I take extra care to be a courteous and contentious guest in the owner's home. Iman was wonderful! I have never left my dogs before but had to in order to move. She was patient, truthful, transparent about her services, and most importantly KIND. I was a mess and she talked me through all the changes and what she thought was best for my animals. She was very professional when she met them and when we walked them. She came at all of her scheduled visits and spent time with them even sending me photos to keep me calm. Most importantly, the last photo she sent me of my little, old lady, I could tell that Leela was sad to see her new friend go. She really did a great job caring for my babies and even left me samples of her dog food. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend!!!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
