However, from the time I met Iman I knew she was the right choice. I perceived her to be a gentle, compassionate and honest person. This was important to me considering the temperament of my fur babies. One is a rescue due to abuse and none have ever been border and I wanted them to stay in the comfort of their own home. “Mark went above and beyond taking care of our Old English Bulldog, Ned, while we were away for a week on vacation. He was quick to respond to our meet and greet and Ned liked him right away! He was efficient and quick in communication. He made sure Ned felt at ease and comfortable while he boarded with him. He sent photos and updates almost daily on how Ned was doing.
