About: I grew up with two big dogs who were more than a handful and walked them around my neighborhood when I was younger. When I moved to the city my favorite weekends were when my cousin asked me to dog sit because who doesn't love some puppy love? I am responsible and will treat your dog with the same level of love that I'm sure you treat them yourself. I have experience walking smaller dogs all the way up to big woofers who need a little extra attention. In the past, many of the dogs I've watched haven't been the best with other dogs so I have a lot of experience with taking routes that avoid other dogs and how to manage the situation if we do run into one. About: I’ve taken care of or have had animals since I was a child. Currently I have a cat named Ida who is very sweet & affectionate. I chose to refuse a request to take a cat outside without a harness, as the flight risk was far too high. It resulted in a low rating, but I will never compromise an animal's safety. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
