Dog Walking Near South Side

About: Hi, there! I’m Sandie! I am a late-boomer dog lover. I consider doggies are our children! Teach full time during school year, but flexible in the summer. I groom my own pup, she’s my art. ❤️ to meet your baby. I work from home 1/2 time during school year. My schedule is quite flexible in the summer. I walk my own pup 2-3 times per day. Spend more time with my pup outdoors when weather permits on the weekends. I am in a condo, close to a few parks and 2 gated, off-leash dog parks in the south loop neighborhood. I have a few dog bed/blanket spots for doggies. Dog harness and leash are a must when we are outside. I will only accept one dog in my apartment at a time. Will follow client’s home rules if I dog sit at their place.

About: Every dog has their own special personality and temperament. They are expert communicators, it’s all about if you’re able to pay enough attention to understand them. I’m a big dog lover and have my own gentle giant named Carbon. I trained him myself and I’ve been able to replicate his training with other dogs which can only be done with consistency and care. Your pups are in good hands. 🤲🏽🐾🐶💛 I’m currently work part time at home so your dog is my priority. I do have a dog of my own who can be your pups new best friend. For daycare or dog sitting: I have an outdoor space (concrete) equipped with a doggy door for their own leisure. I have several parks surrounding me including a dog park 5 minutes walking distance. I do have a large crate if your dog is in need of that safe space. I usually always have a bowl of water full and a box of open toys but can adjust to your dogs’ needs. Walks typically consist of 3 walks per day in the morning, afternoon, and night.

I have a very flexible job so I spend a lot of time at home with my dog. On weekdays we go for multiple 1-2 mile walks. On weekends we walk 5-6 miles a day. I live in an apartment, so I will take your dog to the designated turf for dog relief outside my building, or to one of the many nearby green spaces. I have a large wire crate and a large soft side crate that can be used for your dog if desired. In your home, I will respect all rules and protocols and ensure everything runs as smoothly as it would if you were there yourself.

About: I have a dog and two cats back home in Michigan, where I’m originally from. Since moving to the city, I haven’t gotten a pet of my own, but I still enjoy spending time with animals whenever I can! I work full-time remotely from home, which gives me a lot of flexibility throughout the day. Before work, during breaks, and after work. I don't work weekends, so I have even more availability then. Unfortunately, my building does not allow pets, so I’m unable to offer boarding or pet care in my home. However, I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits!

About: I have taken care of my family and friends pets and loving them as if they were mine. I love and accept any dog no matter how big or small. I appreciate them being in my life and taking a care of them I’m currently a college student seeking a part-time flexible. During summer I’m available during any time from 10 am to 10 pm. After August it will be from 4 in the afternoon to 10 pm. If needed to stay longer we can talk and work things out for overnights or any time you need if I’m available. I always check if their bowl if full with water and check if they are comfortable. If they look energetic I walk them for almost 30 minutes to 1 hour and always bring them back to rest. Feed them only at the clients specific time and if there is no specific time I would feed it twice a day ( one meal at noon and one at 6-7 pm).

About: I became the go to pet sitter for my friends in grad school. My work is flexible so I would spend a lot of time building that experience that I didn’t have growing up when it came to pets. It has been an incredible journey caring for and looking after pets and I am excited to continue to hone in on the skills and expertise that I have 💕 My work is hybrid so I have very open weekdays where work from home up until I have to commute to do in person work from 5-10pm. Weekends are completely free with me so I’ll spend it hanging out with friends, catching up on household chores, or just resting from the long week. I have a lot of time to care for pets as the work I do is more marketing, communicative, strategic work that is self paced and guided so I can always take breaks when need be. The area that I live in is incredibly pet friendly and there are a multitude of parks a places where a pet can run freely.
