About: Pilsen mom + Jones College Prep freshman son, animal lovers with 20+ years dog, cat, and small animals experience. We’re currently unable to have a dog or cat of our own, so are extra-happy to help you with yours! Quiet, tree-lined, dog-friendly neighborhood with local parks and dog runs available for your favorite animal(s). We have lots of availability and interest in giving our love to your loved one. About: I’ve taken care of or have had animals since I was a child. Currently I have a cat named Ida who is very sweet & affectionate. I always strive for a 5-star experience, but my top priority will always be the safety of the pets in my care. I chose to refuse a request to take a cat outside without a harness, as the flight risk was far too high. It resulted in a low rating, but I will never compromise an animal's safety. I just graduated with a Master’s of Social Work. Before beginning my career, I’m taking some down time and taking care of animals. This gives me the ability to prioritize your pets needs! My environment is animal friendly. I have a fenced in back yard and live near a park. I have a cat named Ida who is welcoming to new animals inside our home. I allow animals on my bed and furniture.

About: Natalia and I both have had dogs for most of our lives and get tons of joy from being around dogs all the time. We even met each other with our dogs. Life with Pepper, our miniature dachshund, is full of laughs, strolling around the neighborhood, and endless cuddling. She is always making us laugh with her larger than life personality. We plan to get another dog, and in the meantime, we would be happy to hang out with yours if you need a sitter while you head out of town. Pepper loves dogs, and they will be running around and cuddling and playing most of the day. Pepper has lived with dogs before and likes to have friends over. About: I’ve had my own pets and taken care of others’ pets for decades. I love playing with cats, taking walks with dogs, throwing the ball, and I’m a big-time cuddler. I work from home on my own technology business and I’m available 24 hours a day all over Chicago. I’m also fine with short notice. We have a fantastic gated park across the street that we love taking puppies to. Inside our house there are a dozen different places for dogs and cats to rest. Drop-off and pick-up are easy here, too, as we have a door right onto the street.

About: I grew up with two dogs who are now over the rainbow bridge. . Two Yorkshire Terriers named Buddy and Beary! Many of my friends have dogs, and I grew up around dogs of all sizes and breeds. Additionally, I had a senior medically challenging cat for about 8 years. He recently passed on January 3rd, 2023. He was the love of my life and I did all the things needed to care from him. I have experience administering medication both orally and through shots, giving fluids subcutaneously, and giving animals hygiene care. I am adaptable and willing to work with any animal. I am able to bathe, walk, feed, administer medicine, and play with your pet. I am available mostly on weekends and in the evenings during the week after 5pm. I am a high school science teacher who loves to explore the world with curiosity and loves all things, especially animals and science. I am hoping to get some extra income for the holidays and summer! Rates are flexible, just trying to get started with Rover! I am a high school science teacher and trying to boost my income as well as play with some animals. After losing my cat, I enjoy the company of all fur babies. I will treat the pet as my own. At my home, my home had to be adapted around my cat. As a senior animal he had step stools , multiple litter boxes that are cleaned daily, and a specific diet and medications that take time to administer. I will happily meet your pets needs as best I can.

About: I’ve taken care of 6 dogs in my life, ever since I was 12 I’ve been walking, feeding, grooming and loving dogs to their old age. This really won’t be just a job, it would be a passion project for me. I would do this for free but I should probably get paid for it. The idea of walking many people dogs sounds not only something I’m capable of but something I would genuinely love to do. I love spending time with animals and making them feel safe and loved. I’m an expert at giving medicines as well, and following directions. I work from home remotely, and Can do much of my job on my phone, so I can open availability everyday, from morning till evening I have a 3 bed apartment, a lot of room, with a fenced off back yard. My neighborhood has many places to walk dogs, so your pet will have plenty of exercise. I keep the garbage in a spill proof container, and every piece of food in my house is safe for all animals to eat.

About: I’m a surgeon (for humans!) with 15 years of pet care experience, including fostering kittens and puppies at an animal shelter in Baltimore (BARCS). I’m calm, detail-oriented, and my medical background makes me especially comfortable caring for pets with complex medical needs, following medication schedules, and recognizing when something seems off. I currently have a cat of my own, so I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care. I’m new to Chicago and excited to explore the city on foot while getting plenty of doggy cuddles along the way! I just moved to Chicago and I won’t be working full time until January 2027. My schedule is super flexible right now & as a surgeon (and Virgo) I like to stay busy! My husband and I live in a condo with one cat named Tina (a foster fail from Baltimore, age 9, but you’d never know it!). Our condo is super pet friendly and we get doggy FOMO daily in the elevator!
