About: Caring for a pet means much more to me than simply feeding them and taking them for walks. In my home, pets are part of the family. I have a large, fully fenced and secure yard with a small grassy area where they can go outside, play, and enjoy some fresh air. Inside the home, they have a comfortable and safe environment where they can relax and spend time with the family. I want pets to feel at home and be part of our family life, so I do not use crates as part of their daily routine. They are free to move around the safe areas of the house and yard, always taking into consideration their personality, needs, and their owner’s instructions. I have a one and a half year old Yorkie who is part of our family and is used to enjoying the house and yard freely. Of course, whenever I care for another pet, I respect their boundaries, energy level, and any special instructions provided by their family. If I care for your pet in your home, I maintain their usual routine and carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, playtime, rest, and any other needs. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, accompanied, loved, and at home while you are away.

“We love Hillary! Especially Charlie! He is an energetic mid-size dog who can be an "excitable boy" as in happy. Still, he's pretty strong. Hillary walked in and within 10 minutes had him sitting calmly and dropping a piece of junk mail he grabbed. Amazing! Hillary is calm and flexible with her time if I need to deviate from our set schedule. She just loves Charlie and he loves her right back. He knows when she's here before I do, boops my hand with his nose as in hurry up (!) and tears over to the front door. Last time she left, he sat at the gate watching her go, crying. About: I’ve had pets my whole life. We’ve had dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks, so I’ve had my fair share of taking care of animals. We’ve gotten all our animals when they were babies, so I have experience with all ages. I love animals and my home would feel empty without any. I recently started fostering a senior dog as well, which has given me even more hands-on experience caring for older pups. I’m excited to provide your dog with the same patience, care, and attention I give my own! I currently have a pretty flexible schedule so I have great availability for your pup while you work or take care of other responsibilities! I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your dog throughout the day and can be flexible with different routines and care needs. I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when my schedule allows. I’ll do my best to keep your pup’s usual routine consistent, including walks, meals, potty breaks, play time, and plenty of love and attention while you’re away! I've been hired my neighbors, relatives, and family friends before to house sit/ pet sit. I will always top off a pet's water bowl, take an inventory of supplies like poop bags, toys, where food is, etc. with Rover gigs before I've taken pictures and videos for the client to let them know how everything's going 😀
