About: Hi, my name is Hannah! I live in Portage Park with my partner and our 2 year old Bernese Mountain Dog, Louis. I grew up with Golden Retrievers and my partner and I dog sit for many friends who have a variety of different dog breeds and special needs. I am currently working from home and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I am happy to work something out to fit the needs of you and your pup. We have a fenced yard and a very sweet Bernese Mountain Dog who loves to play, but is equally happy taking a nap. Louis has a condition called Wobbler Syndrome and gets medication twice per day, so we are used to accommodating special needs and medications.

About: Growing up, my house never had fewer than four pets, so caring for animals has just always been part of who I am. These days I've got four of my own: Mimi, my gentle giant of a dog, and my cats, who keep things lively with their curious, playful energy. I'm based in Portage Park/Jefferson Park, and Mimi and I are regulars on walks through Wilson Park and Portage Park, so your dog would get plenty of fresh air and new ground to explore. I'm also an active foster parent for a local animal rescue, so I'm used to helping animals settle into new homes, routines, and people, whether they're staying for a weekend or a few months. I'd love to bring that same patience and attention to your pet, whether that means a long walk through the park, a quiet afternoon of cuddles, or just making sure someone playful and curious has a good time. I work mornings on the weekend, but otherwise work on my own schedule so can be available as needed. Generally I go for two walks a day and have some outside yard time with my pup. I have a fenced yard and the capability to create a private space for your pet, in the basement or a room, if needed. I will strive to follow your care instructions and have plenty of toys, treats, and a crate if they prefer.

About: I’m a cat parent to two very sweet, rambunctious long hair kitties and grew up with both dogs and cats. Both of my cats are medication dependent so I’m very comfortable with animals who need a little extra care. I also regularly care for my friends’ and neighbors’ pets. I’m a freelance illustrator with a very flexible schedule so I’m available to work around each pet’s unique needs and schedule. My goal is to make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible without disruptions to what they are used to when you’re home. I am available for drop ins as well as staying at your home and will adhere to your pet’s schedule for meals, walks, play, and potty breaks.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own dog, a senior Shih Tzu/Poodle mix, for the past 15 years. I’ve also dog-sat for family and friends over the past 5 years, giving me experience with small, medium and large sized dogs. My own dog is a bit reactive, so I’m also familiar with caring for reactive dogs and being mindful of their individual needs. I recently started fostering a senior dog as well, which has given me even more hands-on experience caring for older pups. I’m excited to provide your dog with the same patience, care, and attention I give my own! I currently have a pretty flexible schedule so I have great availability for your pup while you work or take care of other responsibilities! I’m able to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your dog throughout the day and can be flexible with different routines and care needs. I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings when my schedule allows. I’ll do my best to keep your pup’s usual routine consistent, including walks, meals, potty breaks, play time, and plenty of love and attention while you’re away! I would love to take your pups on walks, enjoy playtime, or spend some outdoor time with them, as I also love being outside and going on walks! I’d also love to get to know your pets and their individual personalities so I can help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care. I’ll make sure to follow your instructions and their usual routines as closely as possible, so they can feel happy and at ease in their own home.

About: I love all types of dogs! I grew up always having a dog in the family, and also have been caring for friends' and neighbors' dogs since childhood. I have experience handling larger dogs, and caring for senior dogs. I have a flexible schedule and am able to work around caring for your dog as needed. My husband also works from home full time, so one of us will always be around to provide love and care. I have a fenced in backyard and two senior dogs who love to have visitors. They get along easily with most dogs, but we'd want to do a meet and greet to ensure everyone gets along well!
