About: My partner Max and I have over 30 years of combined experience being dog owners and caring for dogs. Max and I share responsibilities when we get Rover bookings. We love dogs of all sizes and breeds. Our year old French bulldog, Artie, will be so welcoming to new friends! My family has fostered dogs for over 5 years through Wagging Hearts rescue so I have lots of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. We care for up to two boarded dogs in our house at once. We prefer bookings that are comfortable with this. Max works from home most days. I am on a medical leave recovering from shoulder surgery so I am also home all day currently. We have a strong routine with our dog and can easily add another to the mix We have an unfenced yard. We crate our dog when out of the house but we are open to having a housebroken and non chewer in our home without a crate. Our dog sleeps with us at night.

“My cat Sparks doesn't like just anyone, but she was very pleased with Kai and so am I! Kai went out of their way to update me with pictures so I didn't miss Sparks too much, and I could tell from the pictures that Sparks warmed up to them (they were sitting on the couch together, and there was even a picture of Sparks playing). Kai kept to Sparks' food and litter schedule, spent a little extra time at the house keeping Sparks company, and even cleaned up Sparks' hairball, which I greatly appreciated. I trust Kai, and I'd absolutely recommend them as a pet sitter!”
