About: My entire life i've had furry loved ones by my side; cats, pups, fish, pigs and everything in between! My compassion for them is my priority so you have one less thing to worry about while you're away. Happy to administer medications for both cats and dogs. I work from home and my schedule is flexible and available any day of the week. Happy to do a quick drop-in, walk, or all day sitting. I work from home in Lincoln Square and my hours are very flexible and I’m easy to reach. I'm also happy to water your plants, pick up package deliveries, or whatever else!

About: Hello! I've enjoyed working with animals for all of my life. I lived in Chicago for 12 years before moving to Japan for the last 5 years. I recently moved back to the Chicago area and am looking forward to helping local pet owners! I recently moved back from Japan, so I've been searching for temporary employment in the Champaign area before starting graduate school in the fall. I have time available during the day, evenings and on weekends to provide care for pets. I can follow instructions on what care you need for your pet! I am not able to offer care in my own home, but I'm happy to do what it takes to meet your needs.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! I have worked in an animal shelter and vet clinic as a veterinary assistant caring for a variety of animals. I have had the privilege of fostering 100 animals (mostly neonatal and orphaned kittens!). I currently have three cats and an 18 year old Crested Gecko. Two of my cats are fosters that never left- both have cererbellar hypoplasia, or better known as wobbly cat syndrome! I have pet sat for many kinds of animals including cats, dogs, guinea pigs and reptiles. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! Please note: I do not use flexi/retractible leashes to ensure safety. I am happy to bring my own slip lead or standard leash. Please, let me know if you have questions! I work from home and have a flexible schedule! I typically have afternoons and weekends free. I would love to learn more about what your pet’s specific care needs are! I want to hear all about your pet! What do they like, what don’t they like? What are their quirks and preferences? I want to learn about them because I want to make sure I am caring for them the way you would.

About: Dogs with extra needs are my favorite. I love staying with and comforting a dog who is really going to miss you. I’m perfect for dogs who need mediation or a little extra sensitiviy because of a condition. I’m an active person so I’m ready to play a lot of tug-of-war or taking them on run, if that’s what they like. I’ll be a really happy if they just love cuddling too. I’ve grown up with four dogs of my own my whole life. I studied animal behavior and have supported cats and dogs with complex health conditions needing medication, physical therapy, injections, and mobility support (doggie wheelchairs) I’m happy to have extended stays for those long trips. I’ll water plants at needed, get your packages, and I always make sure your apartment and pupper is clean and comfy when you get back! I’ve volunteered at the Anti Cruelty and Paws for 10 years. I am the go to sitter for all my friend’s animals; dogs, cats, birds, reptiles. I am great at following Pet Parents protocols and keeping an eye on your pet’s behavior to find out what they need from me each visit. I have a flexible work from home schedule so I am available after 7am until 9pm for walks and drop in visits. Available 7 days a week. I always follow the instructions Pet Parents give me and follow common sense safety guidelines. Open doors slowly and at a minimum until I know where your pets are. Always a secure and safely fitting leash, vest, collar. Refreshing food and water as instructed. Keeping an eye in the house for accidents or odd behavior to message to the Pet Parent and take care of the need.

About: I’m an extremely mobile pet sitter: I have a car - let me visit your home or take your pet to their desired destination! I work remotely full-time - I can provide more indoor attention if needed! I live a very active life style - I can run, play fetch, and/or wiggle a string all day long! Since I work remotely full-time, I can relocate myself to the pet’s house easily and bring my work, or host pets at my place. Either way, I can provide extra attention to animals in need. I believe in respecting the pet and matching their energy - if they are friendly and seeking attention, I’ll provide it; if they need time to warm up, I’ll give them space. I also want to respect the wishes of the owners - any instructions owners want applied to their pets in their presence, I will honor in their absence.

As a first time Rover user, I was initially reluctant about finding someone off the internet to stay in my house, with my two German Shepherds after our regular dogwalker/sitter was unavailable. After a couple of friends suggested Rover, I looked into and poured over reviews hoping to find someone experienced with big dogs. Tony's reviews are fabulous -- and for good reason. He took the time to come over and meet with my dogs, spending time with both them and us. My boy is big and a bit skittish but he and Tony were fast friends. About: I have had over 25+ pets in my family over the years including dogs, cats, birds, fish and even millipedes. Animals are one of my favorite things in this world. I truly love and care for each one. If I see a dog on the street my friends always groan because they already know I’m going to pet them and get their whole life story. I know and treat every pet as the most respected animal in the household. I will truly be honored to care for your baby. I’m currently looking for a job so I’m very available to help your furry friend. Im available every day of the week to walk, watch and check in on your pets. I prefer during daylight hours for safety, but I can make adjustments for you if needed! I have a lovely 4 bedroom condo in Lincoln Square. I have one cat who loves everyone 2 legged and 4 legged and is happy to have a roommate or 2. Though, I can easily separate/crate your baby if need be. There is a park within a 5 minute walk from my house and have a small patio for pets to stretch their legs! When in your home it will be like I was never there and always there for your baby. I understand privacy and respecting peoples spaces and will follow any rule you give me to a T so that you and your pet can have the best experience!
