About: I've had a dog since I was ten years old. I've grown up dog sitting and walking dogs with my family and on my own. I fostered a dog on my own during COVID for 8 months until she could find her forever home. I'll be working part time during the day and evenings. I can walk dogs in the morning and afternoons and board during the weekends with frequent play time and walks during the day. Regular walks, always having water available for the dog. It's important to always keep an eye on the dog to ensure they're safe and happy. Keeping dangerous food/things out of reach and generally just being aware at all times and regular play to ensure happiness and comfortability.

“Shante is an amazing, kind-hearted and talented sitter! It was my first time using Rover. She definitely helped educate me on the process and was communicative throughout the stay taking plenty of pictures and sending updates on our two cats. You can tell she is a true cat person. Most importantly, it was clear our pets adored her. Each cat looked so relaxed and cheerful in the pictures, and when we returned home they seemed more relaxed then they've ever been after we vacation--even compared to when their regular sitter (my partner's sister) watches them. To me, this is what really justifies having a pet sitter, knowing your beloved animals are being well cared for in your absence. If I could, I would give her 6 stars, especially for any home with cats!”

About: I’ve owned dogs from 6lb to 120lb, cared for sick and elderly dogs (including IVDD, experienced with medications including fluids via IV), loved dogs of all kinds my entire life! Your dogs will need to get along with my 2, and you can expect walks in fenced Warren Park, frequent potty breaks, and photo updates from me. We are dachshund lovers so we have stairs and ramps all over the house so the shortest pups can safely reach couches and beds. My partner Ben is a big help, and we would love to know everything about your precious pup’s personality to make sure they feel right at home with us and make the transition smooth. Hope to meet you and your furry one soon. I work part time and remotely. Weekends are hit and miss, but Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri are open for dog care! Wed/Sat/Sun are dependent on current schedule. Any Qs, shoot me a message! My friendly pups will socialize with yours, and both are great at napping all day, too. Our potty breaks are every 2-4 hours, or sooner if your pup has special needs. We have a potty bell here, so if you use it at home you’re in luck (and Finn has been known to teach younger pups this skill). We walk daily a 1-mile loop in fenced Warren park, if that’s something your dog enjoys.

About: I grew up with a lot of pets and have done pet sitting and dog walking for the last 4 years. I have several regular families that I pet sit for and do regular dog walking. I am currently doing online classes to finish my college degree. I have a lot of free time to myself and can travel anywhere in the city to take care of your dogs. I take particular care to follow instructions for your dog, making sure to walk them and feed them at the right time. I also make sure your home is clean and well kept after I leave.

About: I have been a career nanny in Chicago for the last 10 years- which gives me a ton of experience caring for not only my families children but also their pets!! I will be home full time in the fall as my current families kiddos are heading to full day school! My son is officially a big kid & ready for his pre K-4! My Pomsky pup Yogi is the BEST playmate- he currently goes to day care and has had a dog sitter since we brought him home last year! He loves all people and animals and would truly love to play with any doggy friend! We are in a 2 Flat with a fenced in yard- yogi and I go on hour long walks in the neighborhood & frequent dog parks in the city!
