About: I grew up in a large family and everyone had multiple pets. I have trained several of my own dogs. I recently lost my dogs. Let me spoil yours! I have always had rescues. I currently am working from home. So I am available all day, any day, as well as nights. I would love to spoil your pups! I am in Avondale right by 90/94 and the blue line (belmont/addison stops). I have a large pet friendly house with a fenced in yard (5 ft shy of a double lot). Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds. I have multiple floors if dogs need to be kept separate. Drop off is super easy. There is a fire hydrant directly in front of my house and parking behind my garage as well. Since I accept multiple dogs I only accept over 1 year, fixed and friendlies.

“We were out of the country for 3 weeks and had friends staying/checking in on our cats throughout that time. Only issue was no availability from them on Xmas day. That’s when we gave Rover a chance. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Finn! Finn was in consistent communication with us leading up to Christmas Day and gave up pic updates during the visits. About: I’ve been professionally working with dogs for the past 7 years, with experience in grooming, boarding, and daycare settings. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs needing extra patience and support. I’m also experienced in administering oral medications safely and comfortably when needed. Animal safety and wellbeing are extremely important to me, which is why I renew my Pet First Aid and CPR certification every 2 years. I’m trained to recognize behavioral patterns and body language in both dogs and cats, allowing me to quickly understand when a pet is relaxed, anxious, stressed, or overstimulated—and respond appropriately to help them feel safe and comfortable. Caring for animals has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I love being able to improve the lives of pets through patience, compassion, and attentive care. I currently work Mon-Fri as Dog Groomer in the West Loop area, so the time I finish up for the day fluctuates depending on my schedule, and any obstacles we run into at the salon. I am typically out of work by/before 3pm, and am able to give a more specific time as I begin grooming my last dog for the day, so I can plan the rest of the evening accordingly. I am currently available for drop-ins Mon, Wed, and Fri from 3pm-10pm When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free in their familiar environment. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and specific needs so I can provide care that feels consistent and comforting while their owner is away. I have experience with pets of all ages and temperaments, including puppies, senior pets, shy cats, high-energy dogs, and animals that may need extra patience or space to build trust. Whether that means playtime, walks, feeding schedules, medication administration, litter box cleaning, grooming maintenance, or simply providing calm companionship, I always take an individualized approach to each pet. Because of my background in grooming, daycare, and boarding settings, I’m very attentive to body language and behavior changes in both dogs and cats. I can quickly recognize signs of stress, anxiety, overstimulation, or discomfort and respond appropriately to help pets feel secure and relaxed. As someone who is Pet CPR and First Aid certified, safety is always extremely important to me. I also understand the trust involved in caring for both your pets and your home, and I strive to provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care every visit.
