Hi, I’m Laura! I recently moved to the Chicago area with my fiancé and couldn’t be more excited to meet the amazing pets this city has to offer. I grew up surrounded by all types of animals, so caring for pets is truly second nature to me. I took a step back from pet sitting to dedicate myself fully to my senior dog during the last year of her life. That experience deepened my love and respect for every stage of a pet’s journey. Now I’m ready to pour that same devotion into caring for your furry family members. I don’t currently have pets of my own here, which means your pet gets my complete attention! I can’t wait to meet every single one. 🐾

Schedule
Pet care is my main focus. I don’t have a full-time job, so your pet gets my undivided attention. No rushing between commitments, no divided priorities. Just me, fully present and happy to be there.

I am very attentive, I enjoy studying animals to make sure i’m acting in a way that makes them feel safe and comfortable. I try to build trust and show that I am friendly. I take their environment into consideration by making sure that everything in their surrounding environment is keeping them safe.
A typical day
Every day looks a little different depending on your pet’s personality, but you can always count on playtime, cuddles, and plenty of enrichment. I’m very hands-on! I love getting on the floor, breaking out the toys, and really engaging with them. For cats, that means laser pointers, wand toys, etc. For dogs, it’s fetch, games, and quality bonding time. I’ll always follow your pet’s routine and comfort level. Because your pet’s safety is my top priority, I keep outdoor adventures to what you’ve approved. And, expect a lot of photos!!
