“Maya took such excellent care of our babies. They loved her immediately upon meeting her prior to the vacation stay. My partner was so anxious about leaving our dogs and traveling. Maya relieved that concern with constant communication, lots of pictures and videos assuring us that they ate well, pottied daily and received lots of love. She was able to give oral medications and hide them in treats when they were spit out. Maya kept us informed of our dogs daily activities from morning breakfast to afternoon zoomies and nighttime snuggles. She even hand fed my nervous boy and made sure he would eat until he got used to her presence. This made such a difference in our vacation experience. We were able to relax and actually not worry about the babies' wellbeing. Now we are feeling more confident our dogs will be well cared for. We are planning our next trip already and reserving Maya at the same time.”
About: Hi there! I’m a lifelong dog lover and dedicated walker who truly enjoys spending time with furry friends of all shapes and sizes. I got my first dog when I was 10 years old, and walking him every morning before school quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day—it taught me responsibility, patience, and the joy that comes from a happy, wagging tail. Since then, caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I recently moved to Chicago and I’m excited to explore the city while getting to know the local pet-loving community. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or an energetic walk through the park, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I’ve owned two dogs before and I loved them very much. I'm currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog. I am an experienced dog walker and I'm more than able to help you out. I do I good job at taking care of dogs. I give them food and water at appropriate times and I'm also good at making sure they get enough exercise and time outside to go to the bathroom.
“Stephanie was a joy to have taken care of my kitties. I asked for pictures to be sent from each feeding, as one of my cats is diabetic and needs insulin (and I can be a nervous mama around his health!) She sent lots of photos right on time and my cats warmed up to her right away. She was super communicative– asking questions and always responding right away. House was left nice and tidy, and she even offered to put new clean sheets back on the bed when stripping the ones off from her stay. I will definitely be calling Stephanie again!”

Elaine was truly a great sitter. This was my first time away from my 4.5 month old puppy Mia and I was feeling very anxious. Elaine stayed at my apartment for 2 nights, providing me with frequent updates and pictures which was really reassuring. Bleu has such calm/chill energy and was great with our tripawd senior boy! Skippy was obviously well-cared for, and Bleu was able to send through updates whenever I requested them (and did so proactively too!) Asked questions when needed to make sure Skippy was as comfy as possible which I really appreciated. Also left the house clean, could barely tell anyone had been living there for a few days hahah! Sarah was a phenomenal sitter and helped me and my wife feel at ease. This was the first time we have left Maudie for an extended amount of time since we adopted her and Sarah helped mitigate our fears by photo bombing us every day while we were out of the country. She also took very good care of our apartment while we were away. I definitely recommend her and will be rebooking when other needs arise.
We met Zach and he watched our 2 fur babes for the first time for a 5-day stay at our place and were very impressed! From handling a frozen lock box with no problem to keeping us updated on 1 of our dog’s digestion issues, and then regular updates and pics (a def requirement for us when we leave town!), Zach was excellent! The level of comfortableness we had knowing our babies were in great hands let us know we’d definitely book with him again!!
Jasmin was fantastic while watching my pup during a house stay. She was incredibly communicative, gave my pup lots of attention and our place was spotless when we got back. She sent lots of pictures including them cuddling together so I knew my pup was very happy. I would highly recommend Jasmin!
Perniall is an awesome pet sitter! He was reliable, communicative, flexible, and attentive to our kitty’s needs. We were worried about leaving our cat for two weeks over the holidays, but Perniall’s regular updates and photos kept us at ease. We came home to an extremely happy and well cared for cat. He was also incredibly proactive in the beginning in making sure the he was a good fit for our pet’s needs. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Scott stayed at our place for 2 weeks with our anxious pup who has her fair share of personality quirks. He answered every message of ours promptly, send regular updates, and made sure we had absolutely nothing to worry about while we were gone. He visited and got to know our pup over several months before our trip so that everyone was super comfortable and the were best buds before we left. This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous leaving our gal for so long, but Scott made sure we had nothing to worry about.
