He was on top of everything, making sure the girls had their meals, walks, potty breaks etc. He is not afraid to ask anything (which we prefer rather than assume). “Kathleen was an excellent sitter for Ivy and Elsie. She followed our instructions carefully, and was unbothered by Elsie's special needs (delayed potty training from UTIs in her puppyhood). Not only is Elsie still developing her bladder control and more likely to have accidents, she also needs wiped with medicated wipes after every potty. Kathleen was sure to do this and she also provided regular updates with photos throughout the day/evening. Both girls had a great time and we'll be sure to hire Kathleen in the future!”

We received daily updates with photos as to how everyone was doing, and it was fun to see Melanie getting to know all the pets' quirks and personalities. We also really appreciated Melanie taking the time to water our plants and leaving the apartment tidy and ready for our arrival. Melanie also left the pets a gift, which included some toys, treats, and 3 polaroid photos (one of each pet), which were absolutely adorable!! Mads was such a conscientious and communicative sitter with Bernie (our sweet but anxious 6yr old mini Bernedoodle) while we were gone for a week! They sent photos and updates every day and left our home as clean as they found it when we were back. Another thing we loved about Mads was their recommendation to have not only a meet and greet with us beforehand, but also schedule a walk with Bernie solo so they could both get comfy with each other before we left. Can’t recommend Mads enough and we’ll definitely be using them again!!
Emily was a fantastic cat sitter! Her communication was great, and we received multiple updates and photos throughout her stay, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Kinko was happy and well cared for. He was calm and happy when we got home, and we’re so grateful he made a new friend and was safe and sound while we were away. We’d absolutely recommend Emily!
Olivia was absolutely wonderful with our Bella! Bella has a lot of anxiety, especially when we travel, so finding someone who understands her needs and makes her feel safe and comfortable is incredibly important to us. Olivia gave her so much love and attention, took her on fun walks to the park and lake, and really took the time to understand what Bella needed. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was being so well cared for while we were away. We came home to a very happy girl! We are so grateful to Olivia and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, attentive, and genuinely caring to look after their pets.
Ella is amazing! Took great care of my dog while I was away, sent daily updates with photos, and left my place clean and unbothered upon my return. Even left a summary of her time with my pet, and info about dishes and laundry. You could tell my dog felt really comfortable and safe with her and that’s priceless. Ben is the greatest. I have two big dogs, one of which is typically very nervous and I worry when I have to leave her, but Ben treats her like any other dog and they do so well with him! I’m never nervous to leave my girls with him and I will book with him whenever I need to!
Denise was wonderful, she stayed with my two dogs for 10 days while i was out of the country. She was communicative when i had a mishap and ran out of food for one dog, helping me to problem solve. She took initiative and managed things well, took great care of my dogs, left my house clean, followed all of the instructions i left. I will absolutely be hiring Denise again!
