Ian offers food on time and often, sets out clean full water (I know other places that do not set out water the whole day) and he accommodates each individual dog's needs.”

About: I’ve had/been around/taken care of dogs most of my life, and eventually had one of my own. Looking to spend time with some temporary dog friends before I adopt another. I have years of experience with dog and cat sitting for friends and family. I have weekends open and love having dogs over! I have the occasional workout class or grocery run but stay home on days and nights when I’m boarding. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and dining room, so there's plenty of space for when your dog is hanging out. I don’t have a yard, but will take as many walks as requested. About: A little bit about myself and my love for animals, (dogs especially)! Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets. Yet, I always seemed to house orphaned strays that I'd find, from baby bunnies to stray kittens. My love for animals has no end. It was so exciting for me when I rescued my first dog, Gizmo! My second dog, Oreo and my third dog, Brody. I honestly will say that of all the people I know, that I am definitely the soft hearted type. I often find that housing a dog in my own home provides a sense of relief for paw-rents. We are not fans of doggie day cares, but it is what we resorted to when there was nobody to call upon. We don't do that anymore because our dogs came back stressed and with questionable accidents. We are a dog friendly neighborhood area, an added bonus for the furry visitors in our home! We have a gated area, so your pooch will be extra safe!! We also share our furniture with furry guests. This is a dog friendly home! Our dogs (Oreo/RIP) and Brody are great with other dogs, too! They love to play and know when to give a pooch their space. We love to get outdoors for at least 6-8 walks per day. We love fresh air! About: Doggy Daycare worker throughout highschool at Petropolis boarding facility in Chesterfield, MO. Own two cats of my own (Graham Cracker and Nimbus), regularly take care of family and friend’s dogs/cats! With two cats of my own, I am very familiar with having special diets for my older cat of 7 years (Graham Cracker) and use to regular hairball cleanup from my kitten (Nimbus). Daily litter box cleanup is a must for my household as well as routine playtime for both my cats (especially Nimbus). Use to crating dogs and being cautious on walks through my years of employment at Petropolis. About: I have a 5 year old standard female golden doodle (Casey) who is a high-maintenance girly but a big ball of love & joy in my family! About: I’ve done over 70 sits since Jan ‘25. During this time, I’ve cared for many special needs dogs with health and anxiety issues, as well as all kinds of cats. I have a calm demeanor and patience while pets take time to feel safe around me and learn their behaviors. I’m attentive and love to cuddle and play. I wfh from 8am-4pm. My arrival and leave time from sits can be flexible, but need to be arranged around my job. I can do either overnight sits or check on pets daily. I care for pets in client's home only, following all the directions from pet owners on how to care for their animals. All my belongings are kept in safe places where the pets can't swallow anything or hurt themselves. I make sure there is emergency contact information available including a pet hospital, if I were to need it.
