“Even though the other dogs were bigger, Chachi was not scared and in fact he loved them and got along with them great. They were all gentle dogs and knew Chachi was small. He even shared beds with the big dudes and went out for play time. Chachi wants to return soon and meet up with the same pack again because Ian made him feel at home and comfortable. Chachi had all the pillows, blankets and belly rubs he needed.”

About: I’ve had/been around/taken care of dogs most of my life, and eventually had one of my own. Looking to spend time with some temporary dog friends before I adopt another. I have years of experience with dog and cat sitting for friends and family. I have weekends open and love having dogs over! I have the occasional workout class or grocery run but stay home on days and nights when I’m boarding. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room and dining room, so there's plenty of space for when your dog is hanging out. I don’t have a yard, but will take as many walks as requested. Sadly no other pet friends here, but I’ll definitely be giving your dogs as much attention as they want!

(The T stands for toe beans 🤓) Currently unemployed due to layoffs in my industry, so I’ll be able to give your fur bestie as much attention as possible! I can do overnights, multiple nights in a row, or just a drop-in/walk; whatever you need - I got you! :) I have a fenced yard in front of my apartment complex so your fur bestie can run free and tire themselves out before beddybye! I can crate your pup if you provide one or they can get some shut-eye on the couch or wherever they’re comfy!

About: A little bit about myself and my love for animals, (dogs especially)! Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets. Yet, I always seemed to house orphaned strays that I'd find, from baby bunnies to stray kittens. My love for animals has no end. It was so exciting for me when I rescued my first dog, Gizmo! My second dog, Oreo and my third dog, Brody. I honestly will say that of all the people I know, that I am definitely the soft hearted type. If I ever won the lottery, I'd have my own NO-KILL, RESCUE Dog shelter with a lot of open land for them to be...DOGS! I became a stay at-home mom in 2019 when our little boy came into our lives. I often find that housing a dog in my own home provides a sense of relief for paw-rents. Being a dog owner myself, I know that for me and my husband having our pooch cared for at home or in someone else's is a MUST! We are not fans of doggie day cares, but it is what we resorted to when there was nobody to call upon. We don't do that anymore because our dogs came back stressed and with questionable accidents. I have cared for 15+ dogs since 2014. We look forward to opening our home up to your furbabies! We live on the Chicago Riverwalk. We are a dog friendly neighborhood area, an added bonus for the furry visitors in our home! We have a gated area, so your pooch will be extra safe!! We also share our furniture with furry guests. This is a dog friendly home! Our dogs (Oreo/RIP) and Brody are great with other dogs, too! They love to play and know when to give a pooch their space. We love to get outdoors for at least 6-8 walks per day. We love fresh air! I'm looking forward to hosting your lovies in my home and giving them a Staycation they'll look forward to returning to, time and time again! I have references for anyone that would like that, too. I'm a stay at-home mom and always home. I am available to your dog on a daily basis. We like going out for at least 5-6 walks per day, for 20-30mins. (On hot days they are shorter).We get our steps in! All of our guests have free roam of our home. My home is their home. My dogs are welcome to coming up on our furniture or any of our dog beds. I have a basket of toys on every floor. This is a free roam home. Patio doors are open on all decks and the pups are free to sun bathe at their leisure. Cool water bowls are always accesible to my furry crew.

About: I do take up to 3 clients at a time, so I can only accept dogs that get along well with other dogs. I am doing Rover full time. Which means more time to spend on walks, playing and affection time ! I won't be distracted with any electronic device, when outdoors with your dog. I don't smoke, drink or party. I grew up caring for a couple amazing dogs. I've taken care of my brother's, neighbors and friends dogs. I love being outdoors and being active, so if your dog has alot of energy, he'll be sleeping like a baby by the end of the day. I currently don't have any pets of my own. I'm looking forward to making memorable moments with your dog(s). I can take your dog on an hour long early morning walk/run near a park close to where I live, so we can also play ball, Frisbee or with a toy! Then I could take your dog to 1-3 additional walks throughout the day. I try to make the dog feel at home,by being calm and trying to understand his/her body language, quirks and personality. Giving them affection and playing with them, but also some alone time.
