About: While we currently don't have any pets at the moment, we have always been huge animal lovers our entire lives and grew up with a cat and multiple dogs and have watched friends and family pets over the years. We realize each animal is unique and with that requires different levels of love and attention. We try my best to adapt to their needs. We both currently work from home and have flexible schedules. This allows for time and flexibility to give your pet the time and attention they deserve. We have a decent sized apartment for animals to walk around during the day and have the space to crate them if needed. We also have greenery outside our building and live close to Palmer Square, which is great for walks and being outside with your pet.
“Ruben is the best! Our puppies Frankie and Kevin loved spending the day at his place. It had been a few weeks since Kevin last stayed with Ruben and he was so happy to see him! Frankie is a newer addition to our family and she’s a rescue - she’s been through some trauma and has separation anxiety but Ruben made her very comfortable. He is always so responsive, flexible, accommodating and a great host to our pups. He’s great about sending picture updates too! Highly recommend Ruben!”

“Chachi had a wonderful time at day care. He got along very well with everyone even though he was a late arrival to the pack today but he got along just fine and everyone loved him. He shared a bed with a sweet little dog who was missing a leg. Chachi likes the big yard to roam around; he's older so he does not play but he still likes the opportunity to go free in the fenced in yard. Ian can well accommodate little ones, big ones and handicapped ones all together for a nice time to be had by all. Ian offers food on time and often, sets out clean full water (I know other places that do not set out water the whole day) and he accommodates each individual dog's needs.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 12 years. I treat my puppy like a family member and will do the same for yours! Since they are family they are allowed on the couch and will get plenty of belly rubs & cuddles. I work from home. My pup and I go for a walk through the park or around the neighborhood first thing at 7:30 am and then usually breakfast is serve. We go back four our next walk at 11:30/12 then we go out again after work at 5pm. This one’s a longer walk and we follow that with play time and dinner. :) That is followed by cuddles. I will send you super cute updated images so you can see what fun your fur baby is up to :) . I also have a fenced small backyard incase your pup wants to do some light leash free jogging with me.

Unfortunately, my dog was not able to behave properly because he is a puppy and it led to some issues which she quickly made me aware. About: I try to spend as much time as possible with my fur baby, and will with yours as well! As an empathetic person, I anticipate and respond to the needs of animals at the drop of a hat. Since I was 5-years-old I have always had a pet in my life, and loved every second of it. I have done dog walking, trained my current puppy and even performed tricks at events with my first dog. My schedule allows me to be home as much as I want so I can welcome a special-guest pet here as well. I am a very active person, so it is common for me to play with pets that want to get some energy out. I also am down to chill with them on the sofa and watch a movie or read. So come on over, I live in a single family home with my sweet dog chili, we have lots of space inside and outside in the yard to hang out and play. I work part-time from home so this allows me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I already have a nice routine taking care of my dog chili, so adding another is perfect. My dog and I usually go for a walk in the morning after breakfast. My neighborhood is fantastic for dog-walking. There is a lot of grass and options for short or longer walks. There is also a park walking-distance or a dog park that is a very short drive, if that is more the vibe. During the afternoon we will chill at the house, maybe play a bit. I have a nice water filtration system so they will have filtered water access. I have a cute yard in the back with grass that the dogs can go out in throughout the day or night. And then after dinner we will take another walk through the neighborhood or to the park. Often we can relax together in the living room and watch a movie before bed. The dogs can sleep in my room or wherever they are comfortable.

He truly knows what he’s doing, Maverick was comfortable with him immediately - quickly eliminating my concern about separation anxiety. In just one conversation, he passed along so much knowledge on puppy behavior and how to correct some issues. Maria took great care of Mae Belle and she and Tala got along well. Maria was super communicative and sent tons of pictures. She was also flexible and gave a lot of love to my very needy girl. The photos she took were also gorgeous. I'm seriously considering have one or two of them professionally printed. I would definitely use her again to take care of Mae.
We are so glad we found Caitlin! She’s been wonderful taking care of our sheepadoodle puppy Enzo. She’s been very flexible and accommodating, and her dog Maisie is a sweetheart. As a new dog mom, I’m also so appreciative of the frequent picture/video updates she sends :) She’s going to be our go-to person for Enzo care!
Peter and his wife were wonderful! They were communicative and sent some cute pics of our little guy, which we really appreciated. This was Kumo’s first Rover stay, and they made the whole experience feel easy and reassuring—they clearly know what they’re doing. Kumo came home happy and tired, and we loved hearing that he had such a great time playing with their dog, Khalil. We’ll absolutely be booking with them again!
Kathryn took such great care of our dog! Tiramisu was always so excited to see Kathryn, and left daycare nice and tired after lots of fun play and walks. Kathryn was a great communicator and a quick responder. We would would definitely go to Kathryn for future needs for Tiramisu!
Victoria is AWESOME! I have a 4 month old puppy and was leaving him with a Rover sitter for the first time. My dog had a blast! Lots of walks and playtime, which Victoria shared through pictures and texts throughout the day. He was very happy in her space and has been excited to see her each time I’ve brought him over. Ioanna watched jojo for his first time at day care and was amazing! Before the first day we had a meet and greet where she was very attentive, was flexible with rescheduling a couple of times, and answered all our questions. Ioanna kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout the day. Jojo had so much fun and was absolutely exhausted - he fell asleep as soon as we got in the car!
