“Diana was thoughtful and caring! I really appreciated her ease with my dog. She also helped me with my “separation anxiety “ by sending pics of my dog playing and on walks. Diana was flexible with my schedule and was okay with me picking up my dog past 10 pm. That was really helpful to me! Overall great experience! Highly recommend.”

“Sasha is great! I have an unpredictable work schedule that she was totally willing to accommodate. She has a great personality and is a good pack leader for the dogs. Her house is an inviting environment with a nice backyard for the pups to run around in.”

I hold myself and my ability to care for animals in a very high regard .My large home is a blessing and allows for the space to create joy within a community where your pet can feel safe comfortable and happy! I have a fenced yard as well as a large car. Open, honest and frequent communication (update pictures/videos) is a must for me!
“Emily was a great sitter. She was super easy to work with. She had a great backyard setup. Our pup, Bandit, loves water and Emily had a doggy pool all set up for him. Would book with Emily again.”

“My Shih Tzu, Coco had his first visit with Erica and her family. He was very excited to meet them and he had a great time. I got photos that reassured me he was happy and didn't seem to show any of the separation anxiety he has had. I'm happy to recommend Erica and Ricardo to all and I am definitely adding them to my list of fave Rover people.”

About: I have 2 cats, senior and adult, and 1 puppy who I raised since birth in 2025. They always come first before me and I make sure they are happy! My puppy loves when we go for walks and we always cuddle whenever we have time together! I work in the gigging industry of audio and lighting, so my schedule is open and flexible! I work friday nights for shabbat services and Sunday mornings for worship service but they last about 4 hours and I am home in time to care for all my children! Free access for water, I have toys for dogs and cats, cat trees and vertical shelter for my cats to enrich their behavioral habits! I walk my dog 3 times a day! Litter boxes are always clean and fresh for the next bathroom break!

“I need a pet sitter when my dog had a surgery and have to wear a cone . Camille took Benny on a short notice. He had a great time with her and her husband Joe . He came home happy and exhausted from playing and walking. I cannot thank her enough for all the love and care they provided Benny during his stay. We are lucky to have found her . I have already recommended her to my friends . Benny will sure come back.”

“I’m so impress! Jackie is so responsive and always update the condition of my dog Bentley. She is very good with dogs. Thank you Jackie for taking care of my baby. I highly recommend her and will use her in the future.”

“Hands down one of the best sitters EVER! My cuddle bug had been going to her previous sitter for about 5 months and was still trying to warm up to them. However, after a week with Jonelle, Gina was wiggling her butt ready to go. One day she just walked into Jonelle's house without turning back to say bye or to whine. She's truly amazing and makes sure your dogs are treated as part of her family. Her family is just as great about letting your dog have space and build up comfort to bond with them. If you want someone who has great communication, is compassionate, and loves on your dogs (to the point you might consider your dog a traitor) then Jonelle is absolutely the person for you. All around a great person and sitter.”

About: Hi, my name is Rick. I would like to start by saying my schedule is extremely flexible, as I am recently retired from the Office of the Chief Judge, Circuit Court of Cook County. My family and I have a home that has plenty of space to accommodate your pet. We have an 11-year-old son and also have three small dogs of our own that are extremely friendly, playful, up-to-date with all of their shots, and in great health. I believe pets complete a home. I am extremely passionate and enthusiastic about the care and needs of all types of animals. My experience in Pet Care began from having my own pets and caring for the ones of family and friends over a span of 40 plus years. I have also fostered a few dogs over the years. I have a substantial amount of experience with cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, hamsters, turtles, fish and so many others. My goal is to ensure your comfort and confidence, knowing that your pet will be loved and cared for as if it were our own. Should your pet require any medical attention or medication I am completely capable of providing this service, while in my care. We hope you consider us. I look forward to providing a caring, efficient service for your pets. My schedule is extremely flexible, as I am recently retired. For the exception of dropping off and picking up my son from school I am home all day to provide attention and care for your pet. I have a large yard with a privacy fence and three friendly, small dogs to keep your pup company. If preferred, I can easily crate your dog if needed.

“Bere looked after Bruno all day yesterday. She provided regular updates and photos, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm satisfied with her service." And also for her patience thank you bere.”

“Arlene is great! Benny was so excited to return to her house. She went out of her way to make pickup easy - taking him to the park, where we were able to meet her. Great service and care.”

About: As a child of a mother who was raised on a farm, we always had dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, fish and birds growing up. As an adult that trend continues. Since 2012 I've been involved in dog rescue. Between volunteering at Chicago Animal Control and Care and fostering dogs with ALIVE Rescue, Be Fido's Friend and One Tail at a Time, I've learned a lot about animal health, happiness, welfare, training, dog introductions, play, etc. I started my Rover business while my now deceased and beloved Pit Bull, Stella, was battling cancer. The bills were mounting and doggie daycare has been a blessing. Stella loved the doggie company and I was able to provide quality care for her. Fast forward a couple years later and I now have regular clients and a new ones that love my testimonials. We're open for business and are excited to meet your beloved fur family members. Your dog will be lovingly cared for while staying with me. **PS - if I'm not available the dates you need, message me anyway. We'll discuss your pet and I may be able to make an exception. Also, if you're looking for a few hours a day daycare, please message me. Options! Thank you. I have worked full time from my home for years, and have routines in place that my pack and visiting dogs appreciate. We have plenty of breaks during the day for a backyard play and sunshine in my fenced back yard. During inclement weather, we have a basement play area. With 11 years experience fostering every demographic of dog, I have the experience to assure my fur baby guests are safe, needs met and are happy. I have a detailed client profile that I ask my client's parents to complete that helps me to provide the very best environment based on their unique needs. I am unable to accept unneutered males (medical exceptions may apply). Dogs must be dog and human friendly. For the most part, we are a cage free environment where doggie guests are able to interact and be safely socialize with each other.
“Nicole was great with our dogs! They were entertained and well exercised for the entire day. Her Corgi played nicely with our high-energy dog. Will definitely use her in the future!!!!”

“Ruben was nothing short of awesome! I was running late to drop my dog and extraordinarily late to pick her up and he was accommodating. Ruben has great communication and shared pics throughout the day. I highly recommend and will definitely use his services again.”

“Stacey was very generous and honest when my high energy dog came to her home. Unfortunately, my dog was not able to behave properly because he is a puppy and it led to some issues which she quickly made me aware. I was glad that she made me aware as quickly as she did because it allowed me to respond to the issue with speed and given the situation she was incredibly clear and understanding. Highly recommend!”

Deijah L took good care of my dog Nikko it was his first time in a long time that he’s been away and I can tell he enjoyed his time there. When I picked him up he was calm and content . Deijah was super sweet and sent me pictures of him during his stay and gave me an overall review of his time there at pick up.

If I could give 100 stars. Lucy is the absolute best ever. I had a last minute change to my schedule and she accommodated me the morning of. She & her wonderful family have been taking care of my sweet baby Coraline for 3 years…and I don’t know what I would have done without them. Cora loves Lucy and all though I am moving away from Chicago, I will always bring Cora by to her second family when we are back in town! 💕💕💕💕💕 honestly, the best of all time. Thank you all so much for caring my baby

My shy, anxious beagle had a blast at Valerie’s, didn’t want to come home! I appreciated Valerie’s patience, flexibility, and ability to be both laidback with my pup while also giving her space to indulge her zoomies. Plus, we got lots of pics throughout the day. Thanks for a wonderful stay, will use again!

Lauriann and Sven were so accommodating and supportive of our pup’s needs for doggy day care. They were responsive and communicative and followed our instructions and checked in and sent pics. So thankful for their gracious and loving care for our dog. Would definitely book with them again!

Louie had a fun visit to Michelle's house and was able to play with two other dogs. Her son was home and took them all for a walk and shared pictures. It was exactly what I was looking for, a great way for my dog to be social with others, in an open safe place. This was my first use of Rover, and I'm glad it was with Michelle.
