Even with a wonderful grassy fenced-in backyard to play in, Camille also took our dog for two walks along the peaceful tree-lined neighborhood she resides in. Our dog is generally anxious in new settings but, when I came to pick him up, he was completely relaxed on the rug along with their dog, Rosie. With other Rover sitters, he usually bolts for me and the door simultaneously with a wide-eyed frenzy which I had always chalked up to his anxious personality. When my dog didn't bolt, I knew immediately that she had been especially hospitable kind and loving towards him - for him to feel so safe and look so comfortable and at home. I saw it in his manner and felt it in my gut. There is only one other Rover sitter (out of many we have tried) that has had this effect on him. I highly recommend Camille to take care of your dog because she has something special. I would be willing to drive 30 minutes out of my way and back to have her take care of our dog. There is nothing I want more than to know my dog is happy and content when I am not around.”

Taking care of Kira included not just feeding and potty breaks, but also socializing with her dogs and a couple of videos of play time. THATS LOVE! My family and I have a home that has plenty of space to accommodate your pet. We have an 11-year-old son and also have three small dogs of our own that are extremely friendly, playful, up-to-date with all of their shots, and in great health. I believe pets complete a home. I am extremely passionate and enthusiastic about the care and needs of all types of animals. My experience in Pet Care began from having my own pets and caring for the ones of family and friends over a span of 40 plus years. I have also fostered a few dogs over the years. I have a substantial amount of experience with cats, guinea pigs, bunnies, hamsters, turtles, fish and so many others. My goal is to ensure your comfort and confidence, knowing that your pet will be loved and cared for as if it were our own. Should your pet require any medical attention or medication I am completely capable of providing this service, while in my care. We hope you consider us. For the exception of dropping off and picking up my son from school I am home all day to provide attention and care for your pet. About: As a child of a mother who was raised on a farm, we always had dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, gerbils, fish and birds growing up. As an adult that trend continues. Since 2012 I've been involved in dog rescue. With 11 years experience fostering every demographic of dog, I have the experience to assure my fur baby guests are safe, needs met and are happy. I have a detailed client profile that I ask my client's parents to complete that helps me to provide the very best environment based on their unique needs. I am unable to accept unneutered males (medical exceptions may apply). Dogs must be dog and human friendly. For the most part, we are a cage free environment where doggie guests are able to interact and be safely socialize with each other.

When you’re away from home, I can keep your pet company, play with them, give them plenty of affection, take them for walks, and keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home. I also offer daycare in my home and overnight care, depending on each pet’s needs. I want them to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, just as they would at home, while their families are away. In my home, pets are part of the family. I have a large, fully fenced and secure yard with a small grassy area where they can go outside, play, and enjoy some fresh air. Inside the home, they have a comfortable and safe environment where they can relax and spend time with the family. I want pets to feel at home and be part of our family life, so I do not use crates as part of their daily routine. They are free to move around the safe areas of the house and yard, always taking into consideration their personality, needs, and their owner’s instructions. I have a one and a half year old Yorkie who is part of our family and is used to enjoying the house and yard freely. Of course, whenever I care for another pet, I respect their boundaries, energy level, and any special instructions provided by their family. If I care for your pet in your home, I maintain their usual routine and carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, playtime, rest, and any other needs. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, accompanied, loved, and at home while you are away.

About: We are a couple (Brian and Juli ) in Portage Park, Chicago who added our toy poodle Finn to our family in September 2023. We would love to watch your fur baby (dog, cat or surprise us) as well! We both grew up with dogs and cats in our home and we have completed puppy and intermediate training from Petsmart and can apply those skills with your pet as needed. We are able to walk your dog as much as needed during their stay, just let us know. We both work full-time jobs Monday through Friday, but both work from home. We charge $50 per every 24 hour period that we watch your pet. We have a spacious house where we can accommodate your pet and have a fenced in back yard. As mentioned, we have a young, friendly toy poodle who will always be with us, so we hope your dog or cat is willing to be around him.
