About: My husband and I have always been dog people. Growing up he had two labradors and I had a beagle. When we bought our house we adopted a senior lab. We spoiled him as much as we could and loved him unconditionally. After losing Ceasar two years ago, we walked into an animal shelter and that's where our baby, Uru-Kai, stole our hearts. I don't work on weekends, I have holidays off and the summer off. I already have a dog so I know how important it is to stick to a routine. Our current dog goes out on four walks a day. If he needs to go potty because he drank too much water we let him in the back yard. If he seems bored he rings the doorbell to be let in the backyard. When we need to leave the house our dog is put in his crate to ensure that he's safe and stays out of trouble while we're gone.

“1st impressions is everything. It was Friday and we needed a puppy sitter on Sunday for Kira. Our first time using Karina and she took our Kira with open arms and a smile. Taking care of Kira included not just feeding and potty breaks, but also socializing with her dogs and a couple of videos of play time. THATS LOVE! Highly recommend her for puppy/dog parents who want a pleasant experience for that special member in the family. When we took Kira home, she was so exhausted from the fun she had with the other dogs, she was asleep for the rest of the night.”

Even with a wonderful grassy fenced-in backyard to play in, Camille also took our dog for two walks along the peaceful tree-lined neighborhood she resides in. Our dog is generally anxious in new settings but, when I came to pick him up, he was completely relaxed on the rug along with their dog, Rosie. With other Rover sitters, he usually bolts for me and the door simultaneously with a wide-eyed frenzy which I had always chalked up to his anxious personality. When my dog didn't bolt, I knew immediately that she had been especially hospitable kind and loving towards him - for him to feel so safe and look so comfortable and at home. I saw it in his manner and felt it in my gut. There is only one other Rover sitter (out of many we have tried) that has had this effect on him. I don't work on weekends, I have holidays off and the summer off. I already have a dog so I know how important it is to stick to a routine. Our current dog goes out on four walks a day. If he needs to go potty because he drank too much water we let him in the back yard. If he seems bored he rings the doorbell to be let in the backyard. When we need to leave the house our dog is put in his crate to ensure that he's safe and stays out of trouble while we're gone.

About: I'm life-long dog lover with 20+ years pet care experience. Ever since attending dog shows at McCormick Place as a kid, I have been a true dog lady (I verge on "Best In Show" levels of ridiculous love for every dog I meet). I provide care and affection to dogs and cats of all ages and sizes with a range of different needs. I'm particularly fond of small breed and senior dogs. I have my own Chihuahua-Shih Tzu-Pekingese mix Martin who loves other dogs and cats (I rescued him from One Tail at a Time - poor guy spent 8 months in shelters so he is super comfortable befriending small and large dogs alike). I'd love to go for walks with your animal friend or stay in and cuddle, whatever he or she prefers. My full attention is on your buddy. I'm more than happy to maintain your pet's routines and schedule and to accommodate any special requests - I've administered insulin and oral medication, assuaged separation anxiety, and I've even cared for a tiny Brussels Griffon who ate scrambled eggs every morning. My goal is to make your dog or cat's care as comfortable, seamless, and loving as possible. I can give your pet my full attention at all times! Happy to oblige their needs and give them all of the affection, treats, and specialized care they could possibly need. I keep a watchful eye on pets in my care at all times. I can avoid other dogs on walks if needed. If house-sitting, I'm happy to water plants, check mail, tidy up, turn lights on/off, accept deliveries, and more.

About: I have 2 cats, senior and adult, and 1 puppy who I raised since birth in 2025. They always come first before me and I make sure they are happy! My puppy loves when we go for walks and we always cuddle whenever we have time together! I work in the gigging industry of audio and lighting, so my schedule is open and flexible! I work friday nights for shabbat services and Sunday mornings for worship service but they last about 4 hours and I am home in time to care for all my children! Free access for water, I have toys for dogs and cats, cat trees and vertical shelter for my cats to enrich their behavioral habits! I walk my dog 3 times a day! Litter boxes are always clean and fresh for the next bathroom break!

About: I am a sound healer, wife, mother to my toddler and animals. My husband is a city of chicago worker and we love the chicago area :) We are very active and love to go on long walks and love being outside with our dogs! I absolutely adore cats and love to spend time feeding the feral cats in my neighborhood. In my spare time I also love to go to the local park with my daughter to watch the squirrels and birds. About: I am a dog lover who would love to watch over your pet while you’re gone. I have a house in Norwood Park where dogs have free range to roam about and a large fenced in backyard to explore. I am self employed and spend a good amount of time at home. I love dogs & want to use our space to welcome fun visitors! I am home most of the day & am able to let dogs outside & go for walks frequently. If I do need to leave, dogs have free range of the house to explore.
